Somebody posted he fell on some ice and broke a few ribs.

The muscle at CBD American Shaman gave him a little “reminder” that he better mention CBD American Shaman when he is on the Radio show sponsored by CBD American Shaman.

Yep slipped on ice broke his ribs collapsed a lung. His wife posted this I believe.

Broken ribs suck. Makes getting out of bed and sneezing a whole new experience.

I always thought Grunny was an under-appreciated part of those 90s Marty teams. Great center in his prime. Wish we’d done better in the post-season for him. Get well, Grunny.
