Rumor: Watson to Seahawks
I think we can safely assume the Seahawks aren’t trading Metcalf.

Ummm that’s a pretty generic rumor and it didn’t need its own thread.

I think it’s says a lot about how they feel about Wilson if they go get Watson. |

Unconfirmed rumor. The Seahawk is a bird.
|
This is known among NFL executives as a "back door" deal
|
JudgeReid? Is that you?
|
Houston has much hotter women than Seattle.
|
Details still need to be massaged out between both parties.
One side is trying to force the other to do what it wants. Needs to be consensual in order for the deal to happen. |
And if one team would just pay off the appropriate amount in draft compensation, that would certainly help settle things and move things along. That’s the rub, anyways.
|
He is going to need to work somewhere to pay off all those massages…
|
Seattle better be careful not to blow their load too soon or this could get messy.
Best not to rub the Texans the wrong way and screw up a happy ending. |
Every available QB has been rumored to every QB needy team lol.
Carr to Colts Jimmy G to Colts Watson to Pittsburgh Watson to Colts Mitch to Colts Mitch to Pittsburgh Brady to 49ers Carr to Saints Winston to Pittsburgh |
Steelers now rumored for Brissett

Wow. Wilson and Carroll kept that shit well hidden because that had to be one of the most toxic relationships in the NFL.

Seattle always seems to make big trades every few years so this wouldn't be much of a surprise.
|
Watson can literally pick where he goes…he’s isn’t gonna go to Seattle.
|
And you can find “rumors”, “speculation”, whatever you want to call it linking Watson to other teams as well.
No one knows shit when it comes to Watson’s situation. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The Panthers remain interested in Deshaun Watson. IMO, Watson ends up in Seattle or Minnesota. I said that in the bogus Metcalf trade thread. The safest place for him is Carolina though.

How many teams are really interested at this point. He will not be exonerated on the charges. 22 women may get some money but he will be thought of a s guilty. |
Midget haters

seattle can only give what denver gave them
they paid a ****ton for that safety adams or whatever |
If true, there’s zero chance they trade Metcalf. Watson being traded to Seattle kinda defeats the “Seattle is rebuilding” narrative.
|
Seattle doesnt have enough ammo, unless they trade DK and more.

How are the massage parlors in Seattle?
That might be a deal-breaker. |

That would make the Wilson deal make a lot more sense. Better and younger player.

Hopefully, things turn around. It really was the jewel of the West Coast. |

Bad news: The city isn't. |
Browns in the race. I’d want to go here if I was Watson
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Add the Browns to the list of teams that could trade for Deshaun Watson. <a href="https://t.co/eOBCmWKq44">https://t.co/eOBCmWKq44</a></p>— ProFootballTalk (@ProFootballTalk) <a href="https://twitter.com/ProFootballTalk/status/1502442244963545088?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">March 12, 2022</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> |
^ So is every good QB sans Rodgers going to be playing in the AFC?
Jeez, its an arms race. |
Watson has a no trade clause, I wonder if he would use it to force his way to a team of his choice or if at this point he’ll go anywhere away from Houston just to resume his career.
