They are hyped for his pressure stat but I think it has more to do with situation. Everyone was concerned with Micah Parsons or Demarcus Lawrence. That’s why Dorance Armstrong had a similar year to Gregory IMO

He was suspended for 14 games in 2016 for violations of the NFL's substance abuse policy.
He was suspended the entire 2017 season, two games in 2018 and the entire 2019 season for multiple violations. He was suspended the first six games of 2020. I can't believe they dropped that contract on him... sure, the talent and upside is there, but his history is terrible. Hopefully, part of the deal is him paying $1M a year for a babysitter. |

The funniest thing about this is that Gregory and the Cowboys had agreed upon a deal earlier today and all he had to do was sign, then just two hours later he immediately turns around and jumps ship for the Broncos. Hahaha

Rumor is that the Dallas FO offered a contract that he was willing to sign, and then Jerry Jones' son Stephen tried to switch up some of the details of the contract at the last minute. The Broncos had a similar deal on the table for him but he was going to go with Dallas out of loyalty. The last minute switch pissed him off and he went with Denver instead out of spite.
