It'll be really exciting for 12 men who get to fulfill their dream of becoming a Kansas City Chief, and bitter disappointment for all of the draft picks who are forced to go to other teams.

We’ve got the good mojo right here. The last draft that I didn’t get to watch at home was 2017. I won’t be at home for this one.

This draft just feels super unpredictable for the Chiefs.

The prospects, the draft capital, the needs…this could go a million different ways. And none would be all that surprising.

I have this weird feeling that Veach will find a way to surprise us. Some sort of huge splash. No idea what though.

I feel we move up from 29 to 18-23 to snag Karlaftis, then take Hill at 30.

In the second, we move up to the front end of the round and take Pickens there.

Matt Miller seems to think Pickens could wind up being the best WR in this draft in 3 to 4 years. Immaturity concerns, but some AJ Green and Tee Higgins in him (no homo), per Miller.

The reason I went with Hill over Gordon is because Spags loves his three safety look, and Hill was Michigan's slot corner when they went dime. I think he's very much on the radar and if he's sitting there at 29/30, he'll be a Chief.

It all depends on the plan with Sneed.

If they want to move him full time outside, I can definitely see Hill.

If not, it will be somebody like Gordon, Elam, or Booth.

Just tried to recreate that on The Draft Network and got Karlaftis at 20 because I was afraid NE would grab him. Cost #30 and a 7th, which seems kind of cheap, I didn't check it. Hill to the Cowboys at 24 so I grabbed Booth at 29. Got Pickens at 46 in a trade w/Minn. Cost our 50 and a 7th. I'd take Karlaftis, Booth Jr, Pickens in a heartbeat.

I really want them to leave Sneed at corner. At first I was all about moving him to safety, but I think he has a chance to shine playing outside. I feel he certainly COULD do it if he was asked to, but his value is playing press outside imho.
