Let's talk about the Buccaneers

They've looked pretty pedestrian all season, at least on offense. I guess Tom Brady's tummy is still ****ed up from the strawberry he accidentally ate. Still, gonna need a good week of practice from our offense and special teams to fix what went wrong today. Discus

smithandrew051 09-25-2022 05:00 PM

Very unfortunate that the Chiefs equipment manager sent their uniforms to the wrong stadium, so they were forced to forfeit today. Very crazy that the Chiefs absolutely did not play a game today. Absolutely, no game was played whatsoever featuring the KC Chiefs.

That said, I’m looking forward to skull ****ing these worthless pieces of shit. Especially that ****ing stupid idiot Tom Brady.

Idk, but our OL is a big question mark at this point. Apparently Reek was the sauce of the offense.

Will KC be mad about losing over a bogus penalty?

dannybcaitlyn 09-25-2022 05:35 PM

Doesn’t look good for us. Tampa is going to only rush four the whole game and drop seven in coverage and invite us to run. It all depends on Heck and his Oline.

the steam 09-25-2022 05:35 PM

I doubt Brady makes it through the season. Really starting to look his age

Hopefully they are mad over playing like complete garbage on ST and Offense.
If that doesn't happen, the refs cannot impact the final outcome.

Sassy Squatch 09-25-2022 05:38 PM

Don't see a win here unless the useless fat ****s in front of Mahomes finally sack up a bit and protect him. Don't think it's a coincidence that the only game our offense performed at a high level was against the team bereft of any pass rushing talent whatsoever. Unfortunately there aren't many teams like that in the league and certainly no contenders. It's a massive problem that needs fixed.

DrunkBassGuitar 09-25-2022 05:38 PM

Chiefs spent last week prepping for the bucs, chiefs gonna win

ShowtimeSBMVP 09-25-2022 05:41 PM

MarkDavis'Haircut 09-25-2022 05:56 PM

Their defense is legit.

The Bucs offense has three touchdowns and four turnovers.

You read that correctly. Get aggressive on Brady. He is aged.

He is vulnerable.

Coochie liquor 09-25-2022 05:57 PM

Where’s that gaping pussy Al Bum-Me after his teams loss??? Nowhere to be found obviously. Come on out pussy, we both lost today.

DRM08 09-25-2022 05:58 PM

Obviously KC will need to play & coach a hell of a lot better than they did today.

Red Dawg 09-25-2022 06:01 PM

They look like the 15 Donkeys. Can't score with an old ass QB but have a great defense. Brady probably gonna go out with the big one.

They didn't lose because of Jones's penalty. They lost that game in so many other ways prior to the penalty. How about special teams, crappy play calling, Kelce's drop in the end zone prior to the penalty??? Jones's penalty was just symbolic of the whole crappy game that was played down to the inferior competition. Our boys were not up today to play this game and it showed IMHO.

crayzkirk 09-26-2022 09:58 AM

It's too early to talk about them. I'm still trying to figure out how the Chiefs get to start the season with 3 of 4 on the road?

If the OL can't protect better against the DL of the Bucs and if the DL can't pressure better against the OL of the Bucs, the Chiefs are going to be in for a long day.

Chiefs are getting beaten by teams rushing 4 and dropping 7. Even when the Chiefs have success running the ball, they don't stick with it and other teams know it.

But we had the lead, and were seconds from getting the ball back. That was the tipping point. Despite everything bad that happened up til CJ decided to speak a 15 yard penalty into existence…. We had the lead and we’re seconds from getting the ball back…. With just a few minutes left…. in the 4th quarter.

Chiefs are fourth in the league in sacks/pressures, top 10 in total defense, middle of the pack in passing yards allowed, and in the bottom third of passer rating allowed (largely due to allowing the second most TDs at 7).

We’re a good defense that has problems in the red zone.

We’re a good defense that has problems in the red zone.

Since the sample size is so small, we can pick the red zone issues apart a bit.

Moore is responsible for one of those TDs. Holding the Colts to a field goal there would’ve been incredible and we almost did.

The Cardinals scored 2 red zone TDs in garbage time down 30.

One of the Chargers trips to the red zone was after a 40 yard PI that game then first and goal at the 1.

We’re probably better in the red zone than the stats show at this point.

ToxSocks 09-26-2022 10:57 AM

Expecting a low scoring, ugly game. That's how TB's been playing this season.

Our WR's will continue to struggle and the Bucs Dline is a lot better than the Colts, so running won't be easy either.

It's going to be a slug fest.

Mike Evans will play because I believe he was only suspended one game. Is Julio Jones playing? Without McDuffie, I don't see how KC covers both receivers. Also, Brady has a quick release. He's not going to stand like that idiot Matt Ryan and take hits and fumbles.

On the other side, the Bucs defense is probably the worst matchup the Chiefs can have. A dominant DL with a physical mentality and skilled linebackers.

This will be a tough game. That's why beating the Colts was necessary.

You must mean like the one that was thrown yesterday when the defender basically ran into Kelce and never looked back? As Romo talked about what a great play it was and Nantz was wondering where the flag was?

Mahomes is one of the least protected quarterbacks in the league and Brady one of the most.

Eureka 09-26-2022 12:41 PM

Brady isn't great when his receivers are sidelined. Julio and Evans coming back this week.

Chiefs are going to struggle against this defense but they should come out with the win.

Direckshun 09-26-2022 12:43 PM

The Bucs are going to be a good challenge for this team. Beatable, but it's an uphill challenge with the problems the Chiefs have right now.

First off, the Bucs are going to do what every Tom Brady team does, and that's triple team Chris Jones. Can the Chiefs germinate a rush anywhere else? He's as close to unblitzable as it gets. This would be a good game to just get the snaps you need out of Dunlap and Karlaftis and rotate Clark in, assuming Danna isn't ready. You just need to punish them for throwing all their resources at Jones, which we simply haven't done enough.

This secondary is going to have their hands full with their receiving corps. This is the best WR corps the Chiefs have faced so far, and Evans and Godwin will absolutely punish the young CBs we have if we can't harass Brady. That's not a slight against our secondary, I don't think: the best WR we've faced so far is Mike Williams, who had a hell of a game making circus catches while being blanketed. Mike Evans can do the exact same thing. And Chris Godwin is going to demand bracket coverage, I think. He's the one I think can break this game open for the Bucs if he gets loose.

I like how the front seven played the run against the Colts, so I hope they're dialed up to clamp down Fournette. I just think a lot of what the Bucs do well gets undone if the Chiefs can apply pressure off the edge, supplementing a triple-teamed Chris Jones. If they can do that, and cover Fournette well out of the backfield, you can take a lot of their game away. But if Brady can breathe, it's going to be a long day.

I imagine the Chiefs will not be very successful running the ball. We haven't shown the ability this year to wash Vita Vea out of the way, and I don't think that will start this week. Can our tackles hold up against the speed of Shaquille Barrett? Everybody else can make plays and stunt our offense, but Barrett's the one who can break the game open. He's a bad matchup for our tackles.

I have to imagine Kelce still remember Lavonte David blanketing him in the Super Bowl, and is starving to roast him in coverage, so a 7-catch, 90-yard game with a TD or two wouldn't shock me. And this team is going to need that production bad, because our WRs are going to have a lot of trouble getting open against one of the best secondaries in the NFL. Sean Murphy-Bunting and Antoine Winfield smother the slot, and Davis and Dean on the outside can last on the island. And Devon White is still quarterbacking this machine at the Mike.

I expect the Chiefs to bounce back and play their hearts out against their Super Bowl foils and to rebound against a garbage performance in Indy. But I just think the Bucs have more answers than us right now. I see them putting us down by at least a TD.
