Why wasn't Pacheco played ?
Saving him er wut?
|
Because he's 3rd on the depth chart and McKinnon looked good last night.
Shoulda fed McKinnon more instead of CEH. |
Reid game plans for different players. We didn’t need him, keep him fresh.
|
His one carry for 0 yards wasn't particularly impressive.
|
Rookie and keeping him fresh.
|
Playing him and Mckinnon would be lethal. **** CEH!
|
My guess is the OL was so bad in the first half he didn't want him in on pass protection.
|
It was a tight game, against a division opponent, and we had pass protection problems. Pretty easy to see why a rookie late-rounder didn't get much play.

As much as people shit on CEH (rightfully most of the time) he's a pretty good pass blocker. |
Because I started him in Fantasy this week

Skyy Moore even returned a kickoff last night too. Pacheco really got the night off.

Pacheco has been excellent in the times he's had to pass block.

except for when he stands in the middle looking for someone to block while not helping pick up either of the two DEs that just torched our Ts |

The OL magically gets better if effective runs start happening
And I don't mean that stupid zone shit |
Raiders were playing way off the ball and we still couldn't run it because raiders lb just shot the gaps and OL sucked
|
McKinnon is better
|
It’s about trust. Pacheco does not have a great deal of it with Andy quite yet

He's going to wreck the Bills..

I really hope that we are just saving him for the end of season/playoffs and just trying to keep him healthy and strong.

McKinnon should have been the guy in the second half. He also shouldn’t be our goal line or short yardage guy. It was less about Pacheco not getting fed yesterday and more about ceh and McKinnon being used in weird situations |
At our chapter we were so pissed at the 1st down play calling. CEH up the middle for two yards. Down 17 points, don’t take the ball out of Mahomes hands.
|
His role seems to be used more when leading for now. Plus, McKinnon really gave us a spark last night.

Now, fumbling the football, that's probably the bigger concern in a game we started so slowly in. Going down 17 without turning the ball over is impressive enough in the fail department. Don't need any turnovers to stack with the poor execution. |
Either the game script got a way from them or Louis Riddick is our Minister of Misinformation
