In every interview I have ever seen, Winkler has always seemed like a really good guy. I'm glad he got the chance to meet Mahomes, you could tell he really appreciated it.

Why is this story so ****ing awesome? I don't get it. I'm absolutely fascinated that this (albeit quite famous) guy who has no connection to KC and isn't necessarily a super intense football fan is so enamored with Mahomes!

That's incredibly endearing. He's like a little kid.

I have met Mr. Winkler and he is a class act. A true gentleman and a hero.

Winkler is close friends with Johnny Dare. He has mentioned being fascinated with the way Mahomes plays football. His grandkids love Mahomes and he began watching with them. Mahome's talent transcends time and space.

Funny thing is, Quantum Leap first aired a few years after Happy Days ended.

ROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLThe Fonz went all 12 year old girl meeting Mahomes. He said on Rich Eisen that Mahomes is so good he makes sure we are losing in the 4th quarter so he can challenge himself to pull out the win.

Henry Winkler just comes off as extremely likeable and sincere. And that he's so enamored with Mahomes gives us all something in common with him. Then the fact that Mahomes was awesome about it, to nobody's suprise, just makes for such a fun story.

And leave it to the Chiefs to knock it out of the park in every way. Not just for Winkler's sake. They apparently had everybody involved and all the coaches wives all got a pic with him. He was greeted by Andy Reid's wife, how amazing is that?

The Fonz and Tyler Durden both love Mahomes.

Those are the two coolest people in the history of cinema so they have to be right.
