Jesus. That has to be some sort of safety issue. There's not enough sideline for that big bitch AND a football team.

Mecca 11-28-2022 06:33 PM

She got exactly what she wanted, she used her Tyreek reporting to get on ESPN and now she's on national TV constantly a couple of years later.

I'm not sure which is more unappealing - her or the game.

Perfect match come to think of it...

She got out of here after pissing off the Chiefs, got a job covering the Steelers for ESPN and has continued to get run on their talking head shows for awhile...she's done nothing but move up the food chain since the Tyreek story.

Easy 6 11-28-2022 06:40 PM

Some complete IDIOT looked at her work and said...

Why of course, she's JUST the kind of cutting edge young firebrand we need to grow our most lucrative and prized broadcast! :old:

ESPN has been increasing the number of women that do those shows for awhile...Mina Kimes is constantly on tv.

It's possible. i think it'll be a dominating win for IND, if not a blowout. But PIT OL is still not very good, and on the other side, they give up a lot of yards in the air, 31st in the league. If they were porous vs. the run, I'd probably go blowout.

It's much harder for an ugly woman to get popular on TV than an ugly man and it isn't even close. I feel bad for ugly and fat chicks. They usually don't even have a chance so that's whats really surprising about all of this.

Hoopsdoc 11-28-2022 07:04 PM

This game could end up a 0-0 tie. Two horrible offenses.

All of their legendary rep for drafting studs and avoiding true rebuilds because of it, all while consistently winning is an idea that died a quick death... Steelers haven't looked this bad in forever

I haven't followed PIT in a long time, so I don't know exactly what happened. My belief is that between trying to keep Big Ben and certain other players burned way too much of their salary cap, and finally the wheels came off.

But you could always count on PIT having a good, very physical defense, a strong running game and big receivers, for as long as I can remember.

These last couple years have been anomalous in my memory of the Steelers for the last 40 years.

Ah, now I understand you. yeah, that's out the window.

The PIT QB has some wheels. But has some issues with accuracy, apparently. Punts away. Er, Fg I mean.

Short version: offense played like ass. Three total scores, otherwise we punted or turned it over on downs/INTs like 6 times.

Offense drove into FG position twice and Special Teams unit choked on those 2 drives. Also a fumble by Special Teams to setup 7 points for the Colts.

Matt Ryan was the MVP of football in 2016, one year before Mahomes was drafted.

The league looks different now.

ChiefsFanatic 11-28-2022 08:12 PM

Sorry Mr. Concussion, but Barry Sanders was the best at making people miss and getting extra yards.

Emmitt Smith was great, but making people miss isn't what he is known for.

'Drove' or stalled? As I remember it, the offense had several opportunities to score TDs, but stalled out due to some sloppy errors and ended up having to settle for FG attempts.

Then in the second half, they scored a single FG, then it was turnover on downs, missed a FG and an INT.

Sounds like the offense shitting the bed to me.

Turnover on Downs with a Fake Field Goal because Andy didn’t trust the kicker after he shanked a pretty easy FG attempt. Special Teams shit the bed all game. In addition to the punt fumble, Moore also mishandled another punt return that put the KC offense at the 1 yard line. Pretty much a death sentence there. Colts have a good defense too. Just ask those high flying Eagles about how their offense played against the Colts.

They drove 53 yards on the missed field goal and they drove 64 yards on the Fake Field Goal. So yes, those were solid drives by the Offense. Special Teams screwed up to cost the team 6 points on those FG situations, just like Special Teams screwed the pooch with a punt fumble for a Colts TD and a mishandled punt return that buried the KC offense at their own 1 yard line. Those 4 plays were huge, at minimum a 13 point swing for the Colts.

That kicker wasn't very good. But he also was some JAG we signed off the street, so I can't fault the entire ST unit over one JAG Veach signed in an emergency situation. Not like he had much choice at the time.

But then the offense should've been more focused so that we didn't have to rely on that JAG, whatever his name was.

But none of that absolves an offense that only scored three times out of a possible 9 scoring drives. That's not just way below KC's season average (also well below any Mahomes-led season), but far below the NFL average.

ST definitely hurt the cause, but they didn't decide the game. The offense scoring just 3 points in the entire second half with four possible scoring drives sealed their fate. Never mind scoring just twice out of five scoring drives in the first half.

Bottom line, it was an ugly game all around, but the offense's job is to score points. On at least 50% of their drives to be merely NFL average. Not even Chiefs average, which is more like 65% of the time.

That comment about the 2nd half scoring is kind of misleading in my view. They drove the field 50+ yards both times on two drives and the Special Teams group screwed up, cost them 6 points combined on those two drives. It's a team game. The Colts have a good defense.

You cannot afford to make the type of mistakes they were making on Special Teams in that game. Punt fumble to give the other team 7 points, two missed FG chances from easy range, another screwed up punt return that killed your Offense by sticking them at the 1 yard line. These type of mistakes blew up in their face against the Colts. They are lucky it didn't blow up in their face against the likes of the Rams & Niners. They cannot do that type of crap in the playoffs.

Our kicker of the day was Ammendola or whatever. You really think we should've trusted that guy's leg? We could lean on that guy for points? There's a good reason he was available. Because he's not very good.

They should've scored TDs and not even put it on that guy or the ST unit, if you want to blame an entire squad. Although, as I recall, they didn't have any trouble blocking or holding for him.

But they didn't. They were out of sync, and dropped passes, didn't hit open receivers, etc. And I'm not even blaming the offense that much, considering all the new faces there as well. But you're going to lose a lot of games if you decide to lean on some JAG you signed the week before to kick FGs in the NFL.

Megatron96 11-28-2022 09:02 PM
