Mike McDaniels job in jeopardy?
This is pretty interesting but dumb considering McDaniels hasn’t had Tua for a large part of the season.

I mean…when you give up that much for Tyreek and Chubb and don’t make the playoffs, the seat is going to get very warm.

He looks like he should be a barista in some coffee shop where they host lame hipster indie bands.
|
Good. Anything they can do to weaken themselves. Hopefully they trade some good players to the NFC.
|
That's ****ing dumb.
|
Stephen Ross just confirming what a horrible owner he is.
|
It definitely was that darn PingPong table
|
I'd laugh.
Hipster Todd Haley is a douche. |
Going for Payton again?
|
Ross wants John Harbaugh. Ross is a big Michigan Man.
|
damn it, wrong Mcdaniel(s)
|
You don't do this unless you have a specific guy you want and are either extremely confident the deal will get done or you already have done it behind the scenes.
Payton is my guess. |
Also the media is going to have a field day with this since the Dolphins would be firing another black coach under questionable circumstances.

And then they'll sign Brady. |

But they don't have a first from the last time Ross ****ed around with Payton.
|
This would be a pretty stupid move by their management.

Won't be the least bit shocked if they end up with a Brady/Payton combo. If they do fire McDaniel, you know that's what they're going to try to do... again.
|
Their coach looks like a guy that poses for Christmas photos with his dogs in matching sweaters and he and his wife call them "their kids".

Dolphins have never been a well run team. It's kind of shocking to me Brady wanted to go there for that reason.

LOL
I think McDaniels is about a net 0. He came up with some good concepts to get Hill and Waddle singled up and he did basic shit like NOT shit all over his QB, but man he pulled some intergallactially stupid shit in some big games. But yes, rock the boat, fish. |
He looks like an I.T. support guy. He'll find work easily.
|
Destroying Tua because you don’t recognize concussion symptoms multiple times could also be feeding into this. Also the Dolphins haven’t been relevant since Marino so canning a first year HC makes sense.

Could all be an elaborate plan to thwart the discrimination case of Mike Flores.

Sean Payton and John Harbaugh are each going to be offered $20-25 mil a year.
Take it and no matter what, you are set for life. |

If I'm Ross, I probably keep him around another year. But it ain't based on what we've seen on the field. He looks like a guy struggling for a plan B right now. |
McDaniels record has been pretty good when Tua was healthy. I actually think he did a damn good job making an Tua look average. The problem is Tua is never healthy, which is where most of their losses have happened.
The front office on the other hand, should probably go. |

There is not even a source on that story. Just trying to get listens on their podcast. |

Bull-****ing-shit lol I don't do that |
McDaniels is soft like Tua
|
McDaniels looks like a guy that has a couple 55 gallon barrels full of people in a storage shed on his property.
|
He has basically Andy Reid's roster from 2015-2017.
I think we can all say with certainty that Andy wouldn't have finished 8-9. |

Best offense in the league for part of the year. Lots of new looks produce for half a season. Soft Schedule. Best receiving corps in the league will beat bad teams. Tua looked really good in several games. Any college starter can look good throwing to Hill and Waddle. He also threw a bunch of balls to the other guys that they inexplicably didn't catch. Until they started to. Injuries are flukey These injuries look like a ****ing trend. Tua sucked ass when the wheels started to come off That's the concussions talking. If he's healthy he ****ing rocks. Look at the neat shit they did on offense Look at the moronic shit they did to choke away games. They're so close They're a flash in the pan. If it's me, the Fins lined up and took their shot. On paper Tua has room to develop, but there is little probability that he'll ever be in a better position to succeed and they're probably going to miss the playoffs in a year there is a real chance that a sub .500 team will be in. I still think McDaniels is a net 0. Quote:

Could this be posturing in the Flores lawsuit?
If they cluelessly fire their white head coach, they can point to how they didn't fire Flores because of anything other than incompetence. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G using Tapatalk |

Seems like a fun coach to play and root for when things are going well but as soon as they aren’t it will implode quickly.
He’s a press conference coach. |
McDaniels has no control over his players at all. He doesn't have a backbone like he should with authority. He has the Cali be who are attitude all the time and that won't work. Only now do they stop players from playing ping pong at the stadium? That says it all with the losing streak they have been on. He sits back and allows Hill to slam our organization and QB and says nothing.
Don't give me the Tua excuse. Dallas won with a backup and so have other teams with better coaches. SF has a 7th rounder playing QB and winning. They gave him everything he wanted and used draft picks to do it for Hill and that RB. Miss the playoffs and he should be fired. |

No way any NFL players have one ounce of respect for Mcdaniels, he's a pussy

poor nerd
|
McDaniel is a good coach. Injuries have derailed their season. I don't understand all the vitriol toward him and the name calling... because he's not some meathead like 9/10ths of the league coaches? Vermeil was a skinny nerd, as was Bill Walsh, for that matter.
If the Dolphins are stupid enough, they are, to fire him...he'll have another job this offseason. |
