Preferred Neutral Site for the AFC Championship Game
If the Bills win their first two playoff games, they will play their final game against the Kansas City Chiefs at a neutral site.
I will submit a polll listing all the NFL Stadiums, except for theirs and ours. Your job is to indicate where you would prefer the contest to be held. PICK FIVE. I will indicate Grass or Turf. FYI: Chiefs play on Bermuda Grass I considered not listing cold weather sites that no one would want to go to, but decided to include all the stadia because some people are more weather tolerant than others. PICK FIVE |

I would like to throw my name in the hat, I’ve got a big yard and can probably do a passable job of spray painting lines and emblems and such.
|
Minnesota
Tennessee Atlanta Houston Los Angeles |
Vegas
Seattle Nashville Atlanta Charlotte |
So many venues I hadn't considered!
|
I picked all the AFCW stadiums. They are like our practice facilities and we already own the keys to them.
|
I would like to add that no fans will be thrown out for holding signs
|
I think it will be Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas
Chiefs seem to do well there. |
I heard today that IND is being seriously considered. But front-runners rarely finish first, so there's that . . .
|
Allegiant Stadium and Glendale.

Arrowhead

Arrowhead West (LV)

Is WHAT A LOAD OF BULLSHIT stadium indoor or outdoor?
|
It should be Indy. 600 and change for both of them.
CLE/DET/NY/PITT/Philly is too close for Buff fans But we have to get to that point first |

I thin Heinz Field is the best one. For no particular reason at all. Def wouldn't buy a ticket and do a 2 hr. drive there

Dallas would be ideal, IMO: great stadium & field, easy access (transportation), tons of hotels, nightlife - esp next to AT&T Stadium.
|
Arrowhead. If the last 2 Super Bowls were played at a "neutral site", then the AFCCG can be in KC.
|
Selfishly, I hope it's in Tampa.

Hope this is the case. That place is a house of horrors for us. |

I forgot to vote for Minnesota, but that would actually be my top choice because of the proximity to a majority of Chiefs' fans.
That said, somewhere south and west. Sofi would be cool. So would Glendale. Vegas would be alright. |

Houston is a close second, that is my selfish take. :D |
Wembley Stadium.
|
Vegas might make the most sense since they know they aren’t in the playoffs and likely have more hotel space than a lot of the other cities. Plus the bowl haircutted ginger weirdo has already offered the stadium to the NFL to be used for the game.

Always loved games played at the Rose Bowl.

I don't think they would schedule it in a stadium for a team that is in playoffs. I suppose you could do it for a 6th or 7th seed because game not happening there.
The stadium has to be available. I think Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis has a scheduling conflict. NFL would probably also want a site where they would not have possible bad weather. |
Indy isn't available.
Cincy, they already got screwed out of a home game so give them this extra game to host. |
Everyone that voted for Arizona -- do you not remember the terrible injuries the Chiefs had as a result of that game?

Vegas baby. It's pretty much the only way that stadium is going to host an AFC Championship game anytime soon.
|
A few people mentioned Glendale. At first I was against it being that's where butt kicker got hurt. But then see that the SB will be played there. So sure, let's set up shop there. We could potentially have won the first game of the season, the AFCCG, and the SB there. Arrowhead west.
|
Dallas or Vegas
|
I like the concept of playing it in an AFC West Stadium. It's like we're breaking into their house and making ourselves at home. So my finalists would be Denver, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.
Denver is a short commute for me if I want to go to the game, so I'll pick that city. Residents of Denver will be excited to host a game between two professional football teams. Western cities are also a little harder on the simpering wimp Bills. |
I think they will narrow this down to teams that did not make the playoffs.
And I have to wonder if Denver isn’t at the top of the list bc they literally just put brand new beemuda grass on their field and it’s out doors. Nashville would suck ass. So would many others. I feel like the league would pick Pittsburgh |
Since we're undefeated in these location I chose these;
Denver Las Vegas Los Angeles Return to the city of Super Bowl IV; New Orleans And to give Dallas fans a chance to see a conference championship; Dallas And honestly I am surprised that "You Mom's House" is not listed as an option. This place is slipping. |
What you mean it isn't in the NFL rulebook where a neutral site location is located? This is shocking

2nd seed Bills VS 7th seed Dolphins 3rd seed Bengals VS 6th seed Ravens 4th seed Jaguars VS 5th seed Chargers If Bills and Chiefs were playing in the AFC Championship Game, that would mean Bengals have lost. Would that be adding insult to injury by having a game there? |

Anywhere with nice weather or a dome to keep the bad weather out. Also a place that the field isn't going to cause injuries.

Everyone wants to go to Vegas for a good time, even if it's a further flight for Buffalo fans from New York than lets say an Atlanta or New Orleans, should just be Vegas.

Arrowhead East...the Dome in STL ROFL

Spratt Stadium

Moscow, Russia.
The NFL has never played a game there. |

I was giving them the benefit of the doubt though as some dipshit resodded the field like a day or two before our game there but then I confirmed that Murray shredded his ACL on that same field in week 14 so I'm now out on AZ. |
Vegas is option one. Patrick likes that stadium.
Arizona is option two, might as well get used to the Super Bowl stadium |
Arrowhead

Has St. Louis been mentioned?

Bengals will take down the Bills so this neutral site shit can die of aids

Vegas, the Raiders will not be bringing a AFCCG there anytime soon. LMAO
That new stadium would be perfect since the Chiefs already own it. |
How about The Field of Dreams.

Hell. If they decide to play it in Phx, do I go to that game? I doubt I can afford to go to both the AFCCG and the SB in one season. hmm.
|
It would be fun to play an AFC Championship in Vegas to show the Raiders what it's like but I think REALLY FUN to play in Dallas and watch an entire team and city cry after being knocked out by Brady and the 9-8 Bucs in the first game.
