I predict pain

Chiefs 34
Jags 21 |
It will be tough but the Chiefs prevail.

I think it will be a close contest but the Chiefs ultimately pull away and win in the 4th by 7-10 points. something like 31-21.
|
Because the point spread usually doesn’t get made in games reffed by Hochuli, I went Chiefs 7 or less. Although I wouldn’t be shocked if we blow them out.
|
Jags keep the game tied through the end of their first possession (0-0) until the Chiefs get the ball.
Chiefs are a little sluggish after a bye, and only score 11 TDs. Butker outdoes the Cowboys kicker and misses all 11 PATs, but drills a 71 yard field goal at the end of the half. Chiefs win 69-0. |
Chiefs 31
Jags 20 |
Chiefs win 34 - 14
|
Chiefs-38
Jags-24 |
34-24 Chiefs
|
Chiefs 31-27
|
KC - 42
JAX - 37 Only this close due to a couple of garbage TDs in the 4th quarter by J-Ville. |
Going to be closer than most fans are comfortable...
34-27; defense or special teams contribute. |
Chiefs 31
Jags 24 |
Chiefs 36
Pussies 24 |
This strikes me as one where the Chiefs just roll, it'll look closer than it was because Jacksonville will get some garbage time points but it's never really in reach.
|
I feel like Andy and Mahomes are too nice and don't like to blow people out, they don't seem to have that "step on the neck" kind of personality. It does't make them soft, just makes them not blow people out. Besides teams they hate, Raiders , they kinda let people stick around. I think we win but don't cover.
Weather is good 34-27 Chiefs Weather is bad 27-21 Chiefs |
JAX has evolved since week 10, it looks like on both sides of the ball, so I doubt it's going to be as easy as it was two months ago. Pederson is also going to throw pretty much as many trickeration plays as he can against us, because he knows his team can't just go toe-to-toe with KC, so he's going to have to steal a couple possessions/scores somehow.
But so long as the Chiefs don't turn the ball over 2+ times (and I think that KC will be much better about ball security in this one), KC should win anyway; it'll just be a closer contest. 31-27, Chiefs |
Chiefs - 34
Jags - 20 |
Is this poll directly linked to my Caesar's Sportsbook account?
|
Jags 34
Chiefs 31 3rd and 4th down defense gets eaten alive. We’re last in red zone also. Too many 3rd and Spaggot and 4th and shorts given up. |
Chiefs 38
Jaguars 24 |
Chiefs 38
Jags 24 We just smash them in offense. Mahomes does Mahomes and Spaggot wears a depends all game. Garbage 4th TD makes it closer than it really is. |
Chiefs are the better team, healthy, and well rested. Outside of the second half of last year’s AFCCG, Mahomes balls out in the playoffs. I expect it again. Jacksonville is greatly improved and Lawrence is starting to look like the QB everyone thought he would be. They are a year away from being dangerous.
KC 31- Jax 17 |

Jaguars 24 It won't be close, but Jags put up a late td with 5 seconds left to cover the spread. |

Chiefs 35-Jags-24 with late TD by the Jags just to make it look closer.

Go BIG or go home (even though we're already there...)

I see it more as Andy likes to keep his cards close to the vest. It drives us nuts because we don’t blow teams out but on the other hand we win more consistently than most other teams in the league. Contrast that with a team that flexes one week and shoots their load followed by a head scratching loss. |

KC 42
Jags 21 with a garbage time TD. |
your asking for my prediction? Pain for the jags.
|
27-20 Chiefs
|
38-17 Chiefs.. Going to be more like the Raiders game except they play leap frog out of the huddle to score a red zone TD with Chris Jones in on offense playing QB throwing to a wide open Mahomes..
|
Chiefs 38-23
|
Why exactly do we have these threads?

Magic 8-Ball says:
Chiefs 34 Jags 20 Mahomes 3 TD passes, Pacheco 1 TD Run, Butker 2 FGs. Karlaftis, Clark, Dunlap all get a sack, Jones 2 sacks. Watson 1 INT. |
Here's all I have to say about this...

I gots no prediction at this time. But the Jags had how many to's the first half of their last game ? They're lucky to even be here, but Chargers gonna Charger. Well rested Chiefs have no excuse not to win this game.
|
People are far too willy-nilly with numbers and whether that equates to an easy win, blowout, or close. Context matters.
|
Chiefs 69
Jaguars 0 Write it down!!! |
420-0.
|
Looks like a few JAG fans snuck through the backdoor. 31-14 Chiefs
|
Chiefs 31
Jaguars 18 |
Since our punter has better hair than the Jags QB, Chiefs 31-20.
|
Chiefs 45
Jags 13 Mahomes with 6 passing TDs. 3 to Kelce, 1 Ju Ju, 1 McKinnon, 1 Pacheco |
65 people think this is going to be an easy game. Hope it is, but I’m guessing it’s not. Jags are playing well and with momentum. If the Chiefs play a perfect game they’ll win easy, but I’m guessing that’s not how this one plays out.

Yea, Jags are a good team. Chiefs are better all over. Chiefs play down to teams level sometimes but no way Mahomes takes an L to Sunshine. |

Chiefs 27-17. Jags with a garbage time score at the end to make it respectable. After KC jumps out big early, Andy rides Pacheco, who finishes over 100 and a TD.
George gets a sack, Jonesy gets two. Sneed with a pick AND a sack. |
KC 38 JAX 14
