I hope they live!!!

It was only 20?
The next two weeks are about healing. I'm sure glad the NFL didn't push the playoffs back out of compassion for the bills. |
man we overcame a lot of injuries and banged up players tonight. Andy Reid is a great football coach!
|
There is an assload of healing that has to happen
|
Sneed should be ok the rest we have no clue
|
We need the rest.
Doubt will see Hardman again |
well I just saw JuJu hopping on one foot on TV going back to the locker room after the celebration. That is not promising
|
Gay look good whatever injury he had.
|
Mahomes ankle today is better than 1 week ago I imagine. That’s good news.
|
Can we sign Terrel Owens?

Don't want this falling too far down the page.

Did the Eagles have any injuries today?
|
I almost want to ask for a sticky

Hurts got beat up a bit and then one offensive linemen hurt his elbow. Nothing like what the Chiefs went through tonight, though.

Toney is always getting injured. He can’t stay healthy.
|
Well Watson should be back. That should make everyone happy at this point.
|
Mahomes needs to give all those pussies a transfusion of his Grim Reaper blood so they heal.
|
It's a 7 month offseason. All hands better be on deck.
|
Did we get anything from pressers?

Glad our O-line made it out healthy!
|
It might be easier to list who's healthy.
|
I saw a video of JuJu on the field after the game and he looked fired up.
|
Really hope Sneed is okay!
|
Sadly I could see all 3 receivers being done. Gays shoulder is likely bad if he didn’t return. We get Watson and Sneed back and 2 weeks to get Kemp ready lol. Very concerned. But we have Pat. We are not losing.
|
Cincy should kill themselves. We were missing half the team for a large part of the game.
|
We were fortunate most of the season with injuries. Crappy timing for sure but naturally guys are more hurt the deeper you play. It's a battle of attrition.
|
If I learned anything from this past week regarding Pat’s ankle injury, it is that the posters on CP should keep their daytime jobs and stop speculating on Player injuries and their viability of being able to return. I mean, seriously…..

On phone can’t embed
James Palmer said on Twitter JuJu could barely make it up the stairs after the game. https://twitter.com/jamespalmertv/st...vRz8aJQZ79grUg Mecole told Aaron Ladd he should get right and be full go for the SB https://twitter.com/kshb41/status/16...vRz8aJQZ79grUg |
Anybody else think Pacheco was limping a bit toward the end of the game? Like he might have a knee or something?

Eagles know one solid hit/twist he can be neutralized. The WR room is going to look purposefully different next year. |

Two week break is goin to be huuuuge for us. |

I thought I posted this here but maybe I didn't hit reply or I posted it elsewhere so here goes
The Eagles are the best matchup for our injures. Their secondary is great. You don't really attack them outside. Their middle is vulnerable. Tons of Kelce, Gray and McKinnon over the middle. The Niners you attack deep. Obviously would like to not have our 4 wideouts be MVS, Watson, Kemp and Moore but at least this scenario kind of works out. |

I don't think injury's matter for the Chiefs at this point. This teams just tough.

Real and insighful injury updates can't come soon enough
|
All I care about is Mahomes and Kelce if they are healthy Chiefs will win.

I thought he hurt his head or neck on that last run at the end of the game. He bent down and tried to punish the tackler and he didnt jump back up like he normally does. |
Is Karlaftis okay? It seemed like Dunlap played the entire second half (and did very well).

Christ, so we lost what, 9 starters during the Bengals game? That’s so far beyond anything one might consider possible. Last few drives we couldn’t move the ball at all.
|
Didn't realize JuJu was hurt.
He's not a guy you can pay big money. If he wants 10M or so, then maybe but I wouldn't any more than that. |
Sneed will be back
Willie will be back Hardman already said he’d be back Watson will be back (was out sick) Not overly worried here. Juju is the main one |

Did they show Toney on the sideline at all or did anyone catch him on the field during the celebrations? I don't recall seeing him but wondering if he was showed if anyone caught a glimpse of him walking. Sounds like Juju was in bad shape.
I really think we schemed a ton for Toney in this game and that went out the window pretty early. Would love to have him back for the SB but he's also shown nothing but a proclivity to getting banged up thus far as well. Dude is just too fast twitch and jukey for his own body. |
While Moore has played the "Hardman" role much of the time, he's actually more of a fit for JuJu's role given his contested catch ability. I'm not nervous with Moore playing that role in the SB if JuJu is not a go. Moore just needs to get better at his routes. Toney and Hardman will play similar roles, so we just need one of them able to go. MVS does what MVS does. We will see how it plays out, but I'm not too worried. Also...given the Eagles strengths, I really hope they choose to keep all 4 TE's active to keep the soft middle flooded with big bodies.

Did Fortson have many snaps yesterday? He didn't even have a target. I think we need Blake Bell active for the SB, even if we're a bit depleted at receiver. He's a better blocker.

Umm... remember our offensive line against Tampa? |

Really gonna have to hope for the best this time. |

Why are you all immediately assuming that nobody comes back with an extra week of rest? |

I think we'll get some back, but there's really no guarantee we'll get them all back, so we'll just have to hope for the best. I REALLY hope Sneed is back. I'd like either Toney or Hardman to be back, one of the two. We're getting Justin Watson. MVS seems fine. I really don't know about JuJu. Hopefully Pacheco is fine, too. And then on top of all of that, Kelce and Mahomes need to be at 100%. A high ankle sprain is still a high ankle sprain, and we're really gonna need his scrambling ability. |
Quote:
I didn't see him later, but I did see him walk off the field after his injury. He seemed to walk OK, but slow. They said it was an ankle. I think two weeks should generally be OK for an ankle. It wasn't a muscular injury as far as I know. |
Quote:
Did Toney come back into the game after that non-contact injury in the 1st half? |
No. Never saw him again
|
Quote:
Did nobody else see him after that play at the end of the game (the play right before pat's scramble) where he caught the ball in the flat and tried to plow the defender? He clearly hurt himself there - either his head or neck. He didn't hop back up like he normally does and he laid there for a while before walking off the field. It looked like he walked kind of wobbly-ish too (to me, at least). I guess nobody noticed because of the critical time of the game |
Quote:
|
Oh, missed that Toney was able to walk off the field. Yeah, he's going to play in 2 weeks. Juju is the only one I'd probably pencil in as a solid no now.
|
Quote:
Yeah, you can kind of see it here at 2:19. He gets up slowly and walks off. When he fell like that I thought knee, but I think he got lucky. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/W1X-tap7B6c?start=139" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen></iframe> |
