He's not in the NFC North anymore. Two games against Buffalo and two against Miami. Plus primarily AFC opponents, and assuming he even gets to the playoffs, the likes of Mahomes, Burrow, Herbert, Lawrence and Allen to contend with.

And let's not forget that he's a shitty teammate and leader. And a ****ing loon on top of it all.

Allen seems to be in a decline, Diggs is not happy with watching confetti from the other team's victory fall every year, they don't have any type of running game, and their defense has lost key players and wasn't that good to begin with, at least at stopping the Bengals or the Chiefs.

I think they're still a weapon or two off, Garrett Wilson is a good young WR, Mecole hasn't shown to be much more than a gadget, Allen Lazard is a good #3, but I would put him in the same category as MVS. Their OLine is notably in the bottom half and they have a defensive minded head coach who's going to put his faith into Nathaniel Hackett. This has all the makings of an attempted Rams or Bucs team. If Rodgers can not turn the ball over and the defense with Sauce can keep shutting down offenses, they may be able to bring it all together and win now, but I think this move puts them in the playoffs, but doesn't guarantee more than a divisional round appearance. What I like for them is that they not only got Rodgers, but they swapped their first round pick and can still get a top tier WR for Rodgers or more OL help in the draft, that was a good move for the Jets.

I get it he's old, he's also been playing with terrible weapons for a long time and the guy is a HOF player so this idea that he blows is weird to me.

Obviously but it is a win when you get rid of drama. Also Rodgers is old, he takes one good hit he maybe done for.

As far as the Jets go, it's a brand new season and alot can happen to that defense. Wouldn't be surprised to see a regress.

Bills have only 3 division titles and struggled with the Jets and Dolphins last season. They aren't on our level.

It looks like a better deal from the Jets side of it compared to what Denver gave up for Russell.

The Jet's fans are beating off with a confused mix of anger and hope. It's a messy operation that ends as well as their seasons over the last 54 years. Tissues and Tears of failure.

A 2nd rounder and a future first that's likely towards the back of the round is not really all that much for a qb just removed from MVP seasons. Jets were essentially committed and had no other options, better for them to get it done now than in three months.

Its a way better deal.

They won the division by 4.5 games after everyone went apeshit over the Dolphins.

Now that depends, if they had been one of the teams in that Miami/Buffalo game they could won that one cause both those teams sucked shit.

That 13 & 15 swap might not seem like much, but could be the difference in a 1st round grade and 2nd in this draft.

That’s a pretty fair deal when you look at it through a desperation lens to try to have any chance at beating Mahomes in the playoffs.

The AFCE getting stronger is nothing but good news.

Especially when Rodgers is good enough to give Buffalo a hard time but not so good that he makes me think NYJ are legit contenders.

Jets franchise is an even sadder version of Chiefs pre-Mahomes. Even making noise for a year or two would be big for them. Jets fans are still living on two years of ****ing Mark Sanchez.

The amount of anger I would have if the Chiefs handled Mahomes like the Packer handled Rodgers.........

Packers did well with this trade. Played hardball until the very end and made a difficult GM like Joe Douglas give leeway. Rodgers doesn't have a whole left to give and he might even retire after the season. Desperation move by the Jets to go all in for a run. Seems logical on paper but let's see how it works out on the field.
Remember, Fraudgers had an equally stacked team playing in a lesser conference and chocked like a outstanding citizen at home to the whiners.

Now GB can use those picks to move up to #2 or 3 for a QB. How fun would that be? Jordan Love never starts a game hahaha.
