Post cuts for all other teams. Should be some interesting ones.

Carolina Panthers: The Panthers played their final preseason game on Friday night, and waived 11 players on Saturday. The 11 players cut by the Panthers are: Quarterback Jake Luton, running back Camerun Peoples, wide receivers Gary Jennings and CJ Saunders, offensive tackle Larnel Coleman, defensive lineman Antwuan Jackson, linebacker Bumper Pool, safeties Collin Duncan and Josh Thomas, cornerback Rejzohn Wright, and kicker Matthew Wright.

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles have cut two players, tight ends Tyree Jackson and Dan Arnold, per Tom Pelissero. Philadelphia also cut backup quarterback Ian Book, per Ian Rapoport.

Atlanta Falcons: The Falcons announced the release of four players: Cornerback Bless Austin, offensive lineman Jalen Mayfield, and defensive linemen Delontae Scott and Justin Ellis. Mayfield was the team’s third-round selection in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Pittsburgh Steelers: Pittsburgh released eight players on Saturday. The eight players released were wide receiver Dan Chisena, defensive back Nevelle Clarke, linebacker Kuony Deng, cornerback Madre Harper, defensive lineman James Nyamwaya, kicker B.T. Potter, linebacker Forrest Rhyne, and long snapper Rex Sunahara.

Minnesota Vikings: Minnesota released linebacker Tanner Vallejo, per Pelissero.

New England Patriots: The Patriots waived defensive lineman Carl Davis, per Pelissero.

Las Vegas Raiders: Las Vegas waived running back Darwin Thompson and quarterback Chase Garbers, per Pelissero.

Denver Broncos: The Broncos waived wide receiver Kendall Hinton, per Pelissero.

New York Jets: New York waived linebacker Nick Vigil, per Pelissero.

New York Giants: According to Ian Rapoport, the Giants have released veteran running back James Robinson and wide receiver Jaydon Mickens. The team also announced that defensive tackle Kevin Atkins, defensive back Darren Evans, nose tackle Donovan Jeter, and wide receiver Collin Johnson were waived. Defensive linemen Tashawn Bower and Brandin Bryant, and offensive tackles Korey Cunningham and Julien Davenport, had their contracts terminated.

Bears cut former 1st rounder OT Alex Leatherwood.

Veach loves those struggling first rounders.

This definitely feels like a Chiefish move.

Even Veatch knows Leatherwood is Deadwood.

Im not sure any of those guys ever did much? Hope Veach sticks with keeping as many picks as possible. The draft is his mastery.

Can Erving contributed. He wasn't total butt. Ended up getting an okay contract somewhere.

This team can coach OL. If he has any chance at all, it would be here. And as a guy who bumps someone like Kinnard off the squad and could be a 4 position sort of backup OL, I'd be intrigued if the Chiefs saw something there.

Not really. He’s been such a bust that Browns’ fans were actively booing him during their week 1 preseason game and their announcers pointed out that this preseason was make-or-break for his future in Cleveland. Then he dropped a pass that hit him in the hands right after they said it.

AH! yes, I knew he did something special.

And then apparently forgot that you can advance the kick in the NFL.

Probably wouldn't have scored, but he had a chance at making a huge play on a team's Super Bowl run when they most needed it. A special teams score like that could have put him next to Dirty Dan on the heroes list for that game.

I think I agree with you. I think Darwin is trying to point at 82 (I think) with his elbow to block for him. I always kind of wondered why he waved his elbow like that before.

Breeland Speaks and Taco Charlton cut by the 49ers. There's a couple of wasted high picks. As good as Veach has been at drafting, I'll never understand what he saw in Speaks. I don't blame him for taking a chance on Charlton as a reclamation product. Unfortunately, both are turds that keep getting flushed

Actually, his parents named him James. His nickname was Bumper. But when he was 16, he legally changed his name to Bumper James Pool. I only know this because he played for Arkansas.

I saw it the same way. I understand why people didn't like Darwin, but it's not like he cost us anything there. We scored pretty quickly. He's gone. I don't understand the need to shit on him as much as we do.

Cut Justin Watson, if someone keeps him off your PS just replace him with Marcus Kemp (yknow, the exact same guy) and keep ISM on your 53 man.

You can't let Watson cost you Smith-Marsette, man. Because at WORST he gets sniped from your PS and you just go sign some other 'break glass in case of emergency' slapdick like Kemp to have around for the scout team.

Maddening as it is I think it's diversionary speed and blocking that keeps Watson. I'd MUCH rather have IMS but they seem to have a v specific role for Watson. Kemp does half of it but not the other I suspect.

That's not a good reason to lose a young, potentially productive player.

I'm hoping that they brought Watson back as an insurance policy in case they ended up light at WR by the end of the preseason. We don't need him anymore.

That was really my expectation. That's why it took a bit for a deal to get done.

They didn't REALLY act like he was any sort of priority retention. They got around to him when they got around to him. He's a backup plan.

Yeah, not Veach's best. His first draft was roooough if you look back at it. But 2021-2023 has made up for it.

Green Bay cut their starting punter from last year. They currently have no punter on the roster.

I'm not convinced he's the second coming, but he's a great QB prospect. I think he's a better prospect than Lawrence, and maybe even Burrow.

I knew he'd be 1.1, but I didn't realize he was THAT good. That's interesting.

He's about as perfect of a prospect as you'll get for the current NFL at QB.

Now alot of it will depend where he ends up getting drafted too.
