If you want to be ticky tack about it, the call should have been illegal contact as MVS was knocked off his route by Sauce riding him past the five yards.

Either way it's a flag, no matter what Jets fans want to say.

That was my first thought. I didn't get to watch the game but through the power of CP I get to know all the controversial points in the game and when I saw this I was like... ehhhhhhhh. Not much of a hold there but either way you can call it whatever you want. Hold or Illegal Contact. Both 5 yards. Both automatic first downs.

Salah should have been flagged long before what he was. Had a shot at getting ejected.

Before the Chiefs went up 23-20 Mahomes threw the ball away on a play where the ball didn't cross the LOS, but was close and towards Pacheco.

So kinda shows these guys were delusional and praying for refs to win it for them.

I ****ing love it, everyone wanted the Jets to beat the Chiefs and they couldn't get it done so they have to grasp at something. I ****ing wish the NFL was rigged in favor of Mahomes but we've seen it too many times where he gets hit late and nothing. Hell Kelce was ripped to the ground by his facemask on Mahomes last run and nothing.

We better get used to the complaining. After the Super Bowl any penalty that benefits us late in the game is going to be “bullsh*t” in everyone else’s eyes.

Looking at it again MVS was being ridden waaaaay beyond the 5 yards. Illegal contact or holding…take your pick.

Furthermore, one of the biggest reasons the Jets were even in the game was because of a safety that wasn’t a safety and a horse collar that wasn’t a horse collar (but was an offensive facemask).

I hate that the holding penalty happened when it did because it just feeds the haters. And I get tired of listening to it.
