This one should be easier. They've had a chance to see Peyton and the new coaches and what they tweaked with the Broncos. Denver will be basking in the glow of their 2nd win of the year this week and not be panicked about another L. And K-Jackson may very well be sitting this one out.

What's there to talk about? They're our rival in name only at this point. KC is the better franchise, they have the better FO, coaching staff, and roster. They have beaten Denver 16 in a row and should make it 17 here very soon. KC is competing for the #1 seed and the Broncos are competing for the #1 pick. The best part of this matchup is hearing Perna's reaction when KC wins their 17th straight.

Can any Broncos fans come into this thread and tell us: what's the mindset of the team at this point?

Are they still fighting? Or have they given up?

I know what the front office is doing, but I'm curious about the team itself. How could you keep fighting against a clearly superior Chiefs team when your front office seems to be tanking and your quarterback is this weirdo.

I think this game is easy. Put up 21 points on them in, like, the first 20 minutes of this game, and hold them to almost nothing, and their will has to break. Go up like 30-6 at halftime, and pack it in in the second half, keep your powder dry for the Dolphins.

They could have lost to the Packers yesterday, but fought back after surrendering the lead. They haven't given up yet. I fully expect them to give their all to end the streak, even if doing so hurts their chances at an elite QB prospect.

Agreed. I’m thinking that defender who appears to be doubling the TE across the middle would have been in perfect position to stop Dillon around the 45 and a 62 yard field goal is far from a gimme.

Tonight's game shows you can't take anyone lightly, especially a wounded team at home with some hope, and in this case, 16 losses in a row. We better be ready to play are we will be like the 49ers tonight.
