Exactly. BFD if any of 6 on the active roster are out.
As far as CEH goes, hope Perine permanently takes his place.

Useless turds anyway.

No.

He had been active the previous 10 weeks.

Split them up between the other 8 WRs.

He certainly has no role here next year other than 5th or 6th WR, although I’d prefer him gone altogether. Would like to see 5-6 new faces in the WR room. Rice is the only one on the roster worth half a shit.

Sassy Squatch 11-25-2023 01:56 PM

Is this a serious comment? Being active but getting basically no snaps even when the players above you are dog shit is not really the best proof of worth a player can come with.

Is there going to be a team that wants to sign him but thinks "Yeah he's been useless and injured despite having the best coach and quarterback in the league and it being his 2nd team, but I bet if we sign him he'll really turn it around for us!"

Gary Cooper 11-25-2023 01:59 PM

Broke dick gadget players who cannot run routes. Reid/Veach get too enamored with speed/agility and overlook other traits in WRs.

I'll give you 10:1 odds that he's on an NFL team next season (and much more likely than not the Chiefs).

He's been durable this year. He's shown clear flashes of being a real playmaker. The Chiefs haven't exactly had any sort of consistency in terms of who gets snaps, opportunities, and targets in a predictable way this season, and Toney is right in the middle of that.

But look, 10:1 odds pretty good for you since it seems like you actually think that's the most likely outcome for the guy. I just strongly disagree with you and these are the odds I'm willing to offer.

notorious 11-25-2023 02:09 PM

Toney 22 catches for 139 yards 1 TD

MVS 14 catches for 249 yards 1 TD

Skyy 17 catches 205 yards 1 TD

This is so abysmal I don't know where to begin. Flush all 3 of these turds.

Exactly. 22 receptions for 139 yards in 10 weeks! LMAO

BUT, he was responsible for that really cool pick 6 week 1.

Oh, I think he will be because the NFL is stupid that way. But I dont think he should be and I especially don't think he should be on the Chiefs.

I was more agreeing with the statement that the receivers above him are dog shit and he hasn't been able to do anything in spite of that. And this was his second team where he's basically been invisible, except for maybe one or two games.

That's it! I've been looking for the words to describe what it's like to engage with Twisted if he doesn't agree with you, and THIS sums it up perfectly. My first engagement with him resulted in him losing a ban- bet, which he proposed, and him leaving for months. LMAO. No, but you say stuff as if it’s likely and that he shouldn’t be on a team. Like, why? He clearly hasn’t been great or even good but the guy has absolutely flashed enough such that some team is going to take a chance on the guy.

Compare him to Skyy Moore who hasn’t even flashed at any point in his career. If you told me that guy didn’t make it past his rookie deal, I wouldn’t be shocked.

But Toney? You think he’s done next year? He’s been active every game this season so it’s not like his body is falling apart before our very eyes and no one would dare take a risk on him.

Being active for 10 games straight means literally nothing when you're playing 10 or less snaps per game.

And then still get injured.

It’s just that so many of you adults love to talk with such confidence and conviction on low probability outcomes, yet none of you are willing to back this stuff up with anything tangible.

It’s like picking the right numbers for the lottery and being so proud of yourself despite the fact that you’re not even willing to buy a ticket.

You do you.

No, it means that the guy hasn’t been the complete brokedick that might mean you’re right and that he’ll be out of the league next year. Isn’t that the only thing I’ve argued with you?

I’ll slow this down.

We’re talking about a low probability outcome - say, 5% - that you are putting out there as if the odds are 75%. And then when I disagree with you and imply that his health hasn’t exactly been a complete disaster this year which would be the main reason his career ends, you respond mockingly as if I’m the one who doesn’t understand how Toney might be viewed.

So, we have a real difference of opinion. You implied something was likely and I think it’s very, very unlikely, and I’m willing to give you very favorable odds commensurate with my view that you would clearly be incentivized to take if you really thought you were right.

If Toney isn’t in the league next year and we bet $1, you get $10 and only risked $1 in doing so. Seems like a good bet if you feel like your odds are right and I’m the clueless one here.

Hopefully the D can score

Looks like Crosby probably not playing. I’d happily trade the absence of McKinnon, Toney, and Hardman for that.

Perine and Powell?

I'd bet it's Washington, but I'd like to see Powell get a look to see if he's worth screwing around with or not. It's probably time to shit or get off the pot with that dude.

I have no idea why Powell is even still here, they're clearly not gonna give him a shot

He must really struggle with the playbook.

Its either that, or he just looks too damn slow in practice... either way its time to cut bait if he can't hack it

You're way too fixated on being right or wrong. It's just a forum man, no one cares.

No, A weird way to live is the guys on here just absolutely trashing players on their favorite team. Can you be disappointed and criticize their play?, sure... but the outright immature hate from some of you is flat out strange...

Washington will return punts and they will activate Ritchie...

Yep. Even when he was told it was not necessary.

No worse than usual. I mean when they're healthy, they drop balls, and muff punts, that cost them games.

This may just cause some of the guys to get more snaps and someone may just step up and surprise. Who knows? Nothing can be done about it now except you got to play it how the circumstances dictate.

Demonpenz 11-25-2023 04:27 PM

They are so bad. Can't get open then if they are slightly open they drop the ball. Sad to see.

Red Dawg 11-25-2023 04:27 PM

What a shit year we have going on at WR. Total shit.

When you yearn for the days of Donnie Avery and past his prime D-Bowe, you know things are shitty.

Demonpenz 11-25-2023 04:30 PM

I had people showing me videos of them working out saying that they were loaded at WR. Training camp hype doesn't mean shit and every year people get obsessed with offseason work outs. Frustrating as a day to day fan.
