Who?

Garcia Bronco 01-24-2024 01:06 PM

He played the Vulcan ambassador to Earth in the Enterprise series. Which is a great series. It starts all slow the first two seasons but the third season is really good and the fourth season has some strong three parters in it.

Enterprise is better than most remember/acknowledge. There's some good stuff on that show and their final season was their best before it got cancelled.

I didn't understand why they cancelled it and why they ended it the way they did.

In the 3rd season they show a glimpse of the Enterprise J. I looked up the supposed specs on it and the saucer section was like 4 miles long and it was considered a Universe class starship.

I legit like Enterprise. Its best was way better than Voyager’s best

BlackHelicopters 01-24-2024 01:31 PM

Never heard of him.

wazu 01-24-2024 01:34 PM

RIP, old vulcan I've never heard of.

RINGLEADER 01-24-2024 01:52 PM

He was also on the alien nation TV series

Pinchshot 01-24-2024 01:53 PM

Nerd thread

RIP Soval. One of the best things about Enterprise was getting to see Jolene Blalock run around in a skin tight cat suit.

Lzen 01-24-2024 03:47 PM

RIP

I just started watching Enterprise again.

Megatron96 01-24-2024 04:41 PM

Pretty sure he was a semi-regular for the series, nearly always as a Vulcan.

RIP. He was a good one.

That opening theme song was a steaming pile of shit.

Really turned me off. Need to give it another try now that it's the streaming age.

My wife loves that song. But she listens to top 40 Country stations.

It's not a bad song. It just sounds like countless other hair band songs with maybe a touch of modern styling.

The thing for me is that it was so different from the orchestral arrangements other ST series' had done before this. It just never felt right.

I liked Enterprise, but I was always suspicious that Captain Archer was really Sam Beckett in Archer's body. I mean, how can we REALLY know???
