Oh, and no fine for Roquan Smith for hitting Mahomes out of bounds. Yeah, the NFL favors the Chiefs. :cuss: |
Roquan Smith is a chump
hope the ravens collapse this year |
Roquan Smith belongs in JAIL
|
And now Pacheco fined:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The NFL fined <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Chiefs?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#Chiefs</a> RB Isiah Pacheco $5,582 for unnecessary roughness on this play in last week’s kickoff game. <br><br>The league continues to crack down on lowering the head to initiate contact. Mother**** the league office
|
We keep exposing their golden child as the running back masquerading as a quarterback that he is.
They really hate that. |
That's ok, when we stomp everyone on the way to a 3-peat, the league can collectively wipe their dirty ass with that money. And then proceed to stick it where the sun don't shine! Losers!
|
Uncalled for.

Their pulled pork's hogs. Are fattened on euthanized shelter puppies
|
such ticky tack BS...
|
Whoa hell, 100k and 5.5k for Hendershot... for WHAT AGAIN?
Absolutely excessive and out of left field |

Oweh fined too

Also, Hendershot shouldn't be fined and Slow-quan Smith should be.
Were fines handed out by having a monkey point at a board or something? |
Nothing for Kyle Van Soy going low on Mahomes

And Roquan Smith probably shouldn't have been a little bitch and pushing Mahomes down when he's already 5 feet out of bounds if he didn't want to get checked by Peyton Hendershot!
|
The Pacheco run on Oweh plays just look like normal plays

Hendershot was in street clothes. Probably something to do with the chiefs not having control of the guests on their sideline or some other stupid shit. Had a dressed player done that I'm thinking it's a non issue.

Van Noy is such a baby. |

WTF? The league should broadcast the name of every decision-maker responsible for issuing these fines. Unbelievable. |

Yeah, both those fines are bullshit. The NFLPA needs to get involved here
|
Took 12 minutes for him to get specialist medical care... not terrible.
Not like he was about to die of an eye injury either. |

I think the NFL should fine the Arizona Cardinals $1 million every time someone has to play on their terrible field!
|
man they are just gonna water these games down to nothing...
Whats next, no leg tackles? |

All of these fines seem stupid. 100K to the Chiefs is really ridiculous.

I guess the NFL is retroactively punishing players for the Tua injury...hell they should levy a fine on Tua also. |

It's basically having a person who's not a player or in uniform instigating, the league took flack for it so it's an attempt to crack down. Probably telling the organization to control people on the sidelines etc. Its dumb but that's likely why. |
I would not want to tackle Pacheco. Crazy how this guy fell in the draft. It seems like an obvious explosive fearless runner.
I kind of want to google his draft report negatives. Proly pass blocking / catching |

I'm not that opposed to the fine for shoving Roquan, somebody on the sideline shouldn't do that.
But Roquan should have also been flagged, fined for late hit out of bounds. |

By Lance Zierlein NFL Analyst Draft Projection Round 6-Priority free agent NFL Comparison Mike Gillislee Overview Hard-charging, high-energy runner with three-down size and potential to compete for a roster spot as a late-round selection. Pacheco plays the game like a race car with no brakes. His feet never stop moving and his furious tempo creates opportunities but also limits his ability to set up defenders and force missed tackles. He processes the front fairly quickly and has the agility to re-adjust his running lanes to create something out of nothing, but he also has a tendency to bounce runs wide too frequently. Pacheco plays the game with an NFL demeanor and could give himself an even better chance of becoming an RB2/3 if he can step up his pass protection and third down value. Strengths Enduring and dependable for all four years. Adequate build for contact his running style invites. Urgency is his operating mode. Rapid-fire feet never stop chopping and working. Drops pad level with aggressive charge through the mess. Makes cuts with good suddenness and energy. Possesses burst necessary for successful outside runs. Size and strength to square up linebacker in protection. Weaknesses Running style lacks rhythm and cohesion. Hurried nature creates impatience in allowing for block development. Struggles to hit points of entry with proper timing. Too quick to bounce a run wide in early stages. Hasty pace diminishes ability to force missed tackles. Below-average hand-eye coordination catching down the field. Creativity after the catch is lacking. Pass protection looks busy but lacks involvement. |

Roquan being all butthurt in his presser is what got Hendershot fined. What a little bitch. Hopefully Hendershot appeals. Quote:
They're not going to change kickoff rules in an attempt to <strike>stop getting sued in the future by former special teams players for lack of safety and multiple concussions suffered on the field</strike> shield players from unnecessary injury, only to lose a star QB (maybe for good) to ANOTHER concussion and not take action to encourage football players to not hit like they've been coached to their entire lives. |

Wouldn't surprise me if that is the direction they want to push things in the next decade or so. |
Another fine came down for the Bungholes game. Nick Bolton got fined for a hip drop tackle. I originally thought that it was the tackle on Chase, but that wasn't Bolton. I got more information today. It was on the right end All at the end of the first quarter. Here's a snipit from the article.
As for Bolton specifically, he was in a tough spot as he chased All from behind and made a diving tackle. Bolton's form on the tackle was good and he was dragged a bit before All went down. Bolton's only other option was to not attempt the tackle at all, which would have resulted in a much larger gain and possibly even a touchdown. Like the officials, defenders are in an almost impossible position with this. There are obvious hip-drop tackles, but many are just too subjective. Unfortunately, the NFL has this issue with more than one of its rules, such as pass interference and what exactly defines a catch. The definition of what a hip-drop tackle is will likely remain frustrating for the foreseeable future. |
