I can’t really doubt him. You see, it was Labor Day weekend and I was 17, I decided to buy a Coke and some gasoline. Headed out to the county fair. It really all started right then and there.

I saw Tug McGraw bean a batter in the head with a fastball one time. Don't know if the guy deserved it or not, but I imagine he never sassed ol Tug again after that.
