George Pickens wants us
|
That's completely an unexpected event
|
No thanks.
|
lol with Chris Jones we might shut them out
|
I was pushing hard for Pickens and we took...Skyy Moore. Whatever water under the bridge. Veach freaking hit Rashee Rice and Xavier Worthy outta the park!
|
|
Million dollar talent, ten cent head.

I think Pickens is better. |
Dude trying to ruin our guys moment
This ain't about you buddy |
**** Pickens, he's a cancer to any team in the bigger scheme... We dodged a bullet not drafting that ****stain...
|
Am I the only one who finds that stupid tweet beyond comprehension?
What is wrong with what Pickens did there? He congratulated his opponents? |
You saw it today. His game is basically running deep routes and making contested catches. He's elite at it for sure though. I just don't see Andy Reid going for something like that though.

Same moron tweeted this. |
We were going to draft him till the Cook pick and trade back...and the dog shit run on receivers that left us with Skyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
|
Seemed pretty scripted and bitchy to wait until they were in the middle of their Netflix interview to come over and do that. I don’t view this as his being a good sport in the slightest.

The catch that wasn't clouded all further reasoning

He seems like a total moron.

Four playoff bound teams playing on short rest two weeks in a row while the Bills laughed from their couches and ate turkey annoyed me. Some of the calls annoyed me. Jones being hurt annoyed me. This did not annoy me.
Even if he was grandstanding/attention whoring/whatever, who cares? It was only a couple of seconds. Zero shits given. |

His talent would be well used here. I love me some good WRs, as we all know.
Still don’t want him. We don’t need that attitude here |

My God, do we really think Travis Kelce and Patrick ****ing Mahomes give two shits about their shitty Netflix interview, or their shitty coats, or their shitty red velvet cakes?
Those two have been interviewed so many times and earned so many post game accolades; no way they gave a single shit about this one. The damn interviewer didn’t even seem to give a shit about any of it. She was struggling to get through her lines. |

I really don't understand it, though. Why would the league want to steer the AFCCG to a frozen ****ing shithole that is as likely as not to be buried under six feet of snow in blizzard conditions on game day? Why would anybody not associated with the Bills want that? Sure, they're a New York team, but they're about as far from New York City as you can be and still be in the same state. Maybe Chiefs fatigue is that real of a thing. |
Quote:
But man, with as awful as the Giants and Jets have been over the past decade, I'm pretty sure even NYC has adopted those table jumping homos at this point. And your last point is I think a lot of it. And it's infiltrated the media over the past two years, even though they all know down deep the team to beat is the Chiefs, but they gotta blah, blah just to make the attempt at "being fair", when really all they're doing is bending over backwards with mental gymnastics to unfairly diminish the enormous accomplishments of the Chiefs. |

The question is one about HIS intent. |

What do you think his intent was? |

I don’t know why people would watch how he carried himself in that game and give him the benefit of the doubt. He felt like he was on the verge of imploding for a large portion of that second half. |

But I'd be pretty confident saying at that time, you'd be more likely to find Patriots, Eagles, Cowboys or Steelers fans in NYC than you would Bills fans, though I did know a couple. It makes sense. Buffalo is closer to Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh than it is to NYC, and culturally they couldn't be more different. And as far as college goes, barely anyone in NYC gives two squirts of piss about college sports. I was on my own island in that regard. Though I did get a few buddies recruited as casual Jayhawk fans, so that was fun. |
I don't blame Pickens, I would be pissed too about being passed up by the Chiefs and stuck in steeler land with their castoff QB's.
|
We would murder that team at Arrowhead. Desperately hoping to see them again. Was TJ Watt even on the field?

The guy I assumed Veach wanted was Tyquan Thornton. Once he went to the Patriots we traded down. |

I’m not even giving the guy the benefit of the doubt. I just didn’t see anything to suggest that he has acting out on some nefarious plot. He dapped them up then walked away. Kelce even yelled something at him as he walked away. Clearly unbothered. |

Whatever the reason, no thanks.
Just no chance they bring in a guy like that. He's having meltdown after meltdown. |

I thought it was a pretty cool move. Showed some respect and possibly a little (come get me).
Pickens is one of the best deep ball guys in the league. Yeah, Id take that. |
Folks turning their nose up at Pickens are funny. Here is a list of guys we've drafted, signed or traded for.
Clark Hunt Toney Rice Gay Jr Omenihu Nelson Bell Peters Tyreek Kelce And the list goes on. Kelce was suspended In college, had several bone headed incidents in his first three years in the league and has publicly pushed EB and Andy Reid on the sidelines. Clark, Omenihu and Hill had domestic abuse cases. Gay got suspended for beating up his QB in college. Bell and Nelson had big fall outs with other teams etc etc. And ya'll think Pickens is a problem? I'd sign him with no hesitation because the guy is very good. Fullstop. |
