Yeah, I can do it.

I was wondering if I should list the shots on enemy planes differently. Did you say a "hit" is different than "damage"? Also, should I include damage to the B-17? something like Superficial, Moderate, or Heavy?

Yeah, "hitting" is different than "damaging." Both planes will have their attacks disrupted, but it'll be more for a damaged attacker. The damaged attacker will also break off his attack after the run, while a "hit" fighter will possibly circle and attack again. It's your call about whether this is a big enough difference to document.

As for damage to the B-17, that's a toughie since there are so many things that can happen. A simple approach would be to just note the number of hits, which would be simple since you could just add them up from the mission history. Of course, four superficial wing hits is a lot different than four hits that each take out an engine. Depending on how much time you wanted to invest, you could summarize the number of hits and "significant damage" that impacted the plane's performance or something.

-which accounted for 2/3 of the dead
-kegger is the only ship I named to have no damage, but I didn't do its logo. Of course it also suffered from premature load dropping.

For instance, my plane #9, Kegger, went on 2 missions, with a 0% and a 30% success. I would add figure it (0+30)/2 for a 15% over all success rate.

I was too lazy to average them. I was just adding them up as scores instead of percentages.

Well Ok then... I can respect that rationale.

Since your stated 30% looks so much better than 15%, I am particularly unmotivated to challenge your calculations.

I think you're the only one tracking bombing accuracy, Zeb, though Talisman plans to start a cumulative count with his spreadsheet, too.
