WE ARE NOT THE PATRIOTS!!! STOP SAYING THAT!
If I hear one more person or player say that "well New England went 0-2 season and won the Super Bowl" I am going to EXPLODE!! :cuss:
|
yeah considering that they didnt go 0-2 last year... they went 0-2 a couple years ago.
|
Good thing you made a new thread.
|
A-****ing-men!
Atleast the Pats had a hint of defense. |

Last year the Chargers started off 0-2 and they finished...uh, 4-12.

So you believe we will go to the SB and win this season? |
it's still early guys, wait till Houston lay's 40 on us

I agree, what the Pats did doesn't necessarily mean squat for this team.
On the other hand, I also see several people who think we're going the way of Raider-fade because we're old. That's really no different... you're comparing two teams from different years that have something in common. I do it, everyone does it, it is just an example of a team doing something extraordinary to let us know that something is possible. Nothing more, nothing less.... |
Next to the "deprogramming the D" excuse this is the most heard statement at 1 Arrowhead drive. The Patriots had the majority of their players on their team that actually played in a Super Bowl where we have maybe 1 or 2. Big difference.

We will finish behind the Donks and Raiders... and perhaps the Chargers... nothing will surprise me this year. Im planning on a top 5 draft pick and much cheaper Season tickets next year. |

No shit. We are the 3rd highest in the league in average ticket prices. It will be a cold day in hell when CP cuts ticket prices. |

Not to worry, Chieftains. Both the Patriots and the Chargers started off at 0-2. I predict your fate will fall somewhere in between that of those two.

I think our biggest problem is the player personnel department and being able to recongize talent on both sides of the ball. We have failed miserably in that department. |
2 teams have won the Superbowl after going 0-2. NE added Tom Brady and Dallas added Emmit Smith, unless we get a killer defensive player, I just don't see it happening.
|
well New England went 0-2 season and won the Super Bowl

So THIS is how it feels to have someone question our Patriot-ism? Might as well question our collective Bronco-ism, Charger-ism and Raider-ism while we're about it.

NE can be had as cheap as 49.00 for upper level, which is less than the Chiefs upper level. And that is only a random sampling. |

I HAVE A DREAM, BITCH!!!

The Pats didn't raise their ticket prices and they won the Super Bowl.
The Chiefs, once again, choke in the playoffs and they raise theirs? That's a bunch of crap. |

These were single game tickets listed at Kcchiefs.com. I still can't find that article. |
