TMZ said he was found in a jacuzzi. How the hell does that happen?!

The news said that a heart attack was reported. I guess if you have a heart attack in a jacuzzi, drowning is a possibility.

I hate to say this because I liked the actor, but I wonder if alcohol or drugs were involved.
