Belated Charlie Weis Appreciation Thread
 

Many thought he wasn't that great. Many thought that he didn't know how to use the RBs. Many questioned his playcalling.

I'm guessing, as of right now, many wish he was still here....

Cassel was a mid 60's rated QB before Weis. And he'll go right back to having a QB rating in the 60's now that Charlie is gone.

Perhaps we should consider getting a QB who doesn't need a Jedi Master's help to exceed a mid-60s rating ?

Great QBs are tough to come by. Weis was on the staff and the team didn't keep him.

It sure was a BIG part of it. Alongg with the fact we couldn't hold on to the ball, catch it, tackle, or do pretty much anything.

Our offense sucked outside of Charles last year too. It's the quarterback.

14th in pts. 12th in yards.

A RB alone won't do that.
