How can you watch that and not root for this guy to succeed?

Look in the mirror. I liked Tebow until the MOMENT I realized YOU would be sexually excited by him.

Last nite NFL had best regular season overnight rating (17.7) since Broncos-49ers had a 19.3 in Dec '97. Best primetime ovrnite ever.

Oh I misread that. I thought you were referencing the Broncos/49'ers game in 2006. I watched that.

September 12 Bill Williamson ESPN

It was late in training camp and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel was meeting with the media. Just as Cassel was being asked his thoughts about new Chiefs offensive coordinator Charlie Weis' comments that he was going to “fix” Cassel, Weis scooted by on a golf cart. Weis glanced at his new project as he cruised by, and though Cassel didn’t look toward his coach, he surely felt his presence.

Cassel became a household NFL name in 2008 when he took the helm in New England after Tom Brady's season-ending knee injury. He played in an offense Weis designed, and that's why he wasn't offended by the idea that he needed fixing.

"They started too strong last year and peaked too early, they were a super bowl team in the first half. This year they are saving thier best for last and are going to take the league by storm :) "

You lost to the Jags? Seriously? LMAO

This is quite possibly KnowMo's best quote on this site to date after today's game. Just fantastic.

LMAO

The only problem with this line is that in saying this, KnowLittle would be forced to admit that last year's collapse was somehow not a part of McDaniels' master plan.

His facemasks killed us no doubt about it. It was obvious that the better team lost today so that is something to positive.

Gadzooks 09-12-2010 09:04 PM

that sure is something to positive.
