My big toe hurts
Help me.
|
Turf toe sucks (as does a sprained toe, especially the big one)
|
Let me suck the pain away

Ask Mahomes
|
Bob Marley died of toe cancer.
|
I feel like it needs to pop, but won't.

Gots da gout
|
|
I'll believe it when I see it.
|
Soak it in cider..
|
I bet you stubbed it on something. Do you remember a thunk and searing pain when you passed a piece of furniture recently?

Ironically, one of my uncles contracted neuropathy in the same toe that had had the gout. So even though it looked awful and should have been horrendously painful, he couldn't feel a thing and it didn't bother him at all. The only instance I've ever heard of where two nasty maladies combined to cancel each other out. |
I mean this in the nicest way possible, hopefully it's terminal.

I'll point out that a toe injury against the Chiefs ended Jack Lambert's career, so take it seriously. You can't anchor against offensive linemen if you have a bad toe.
|
Have you tried killing yourself?

Rub some dirt on it. Be a man, don't rub it. That's what chicks do. All things my high school basketball coach used to tell me. |
I broke one of mine several years ago. Kicked a concrete support beam in my basement during a storm blackout. Hurt like a mofo for about a month.

Quit jerking off so much.

I started getting gout at age 19. It’s been tolerable and it’s been deathly crippling. Get on meds, your doc will probably tell you rest, elevation, and most importantly, get as many bee jays as possible. (On a side note, steroid shots are a miracle cure).
|
If it's an arthritic problem you could try Aleve (generic Naproxen). I have a big toe with a minor bunion problem that will eventually require surgery. My Podiatrist told me to double up on Naproxen. Works for me after a day or two.
|
You know, you don't REALLY need a big toe.
|
Have you tried not sticking it in your ass so frequently?

Take Allupurinol. |

You may have passed out, outside with it sticking out of A hole in your sock. A snake may have thought it was a mouse and tried swallowing it. Or maybe not.
|
Don't think it's gout.
|
Why don’t you think it’s gout? Is it on the outer joint at the base of the big toe, red, warm, tender. If so, it’s gout. Colchicine, taken as a bolus dose, the first sign of symptoms knocks it out quickly. Allopurinol is preventative but won’t do a thing once you’ve got it.
|
I have gout and the frequent need to pop my toe joints.
Try frequent flexing exercises to keep the joints flexible. Also, OTC joint supplements (tart cherry) can help. Do you have more pain when getting around or sitting/sleeping? |

Are you on your phone? If so, you may need to switch to the Desktop version of Youtube to see the embed option. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/C76wGBl4i7I" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe> p.s. WebMD says you probably have 48 different types of cancer. And space herpes.

Have had mine surgical rebuilt.

I would hate to have that pain, just because I wouldn’t go to the doctor. Maybe I’m a bitch and my pain tolerance is low, but gout ****ing sucks. |
Just injected some antifreeze into it. Will report back with results.
|
Sounds like Haglunds, just take it day to day
|
Hit up the fermented hot sauce thread. Should help.

If I manage to get my steel-toed boot on, it immobilizes my foot enough that I can go to work. But, otherwise, it's a sick day of hobbling around the house or staying in bed. Can't drink beer anymore, but whiskey (somehow, thank God) doesn't aggravate it. |
I woke up yesterday with severe big toe pain. No trauma to it, no nothing. Just woke up to pain. No swelling, slight redness to the entire foot with the veins popping. Just pain and the inability to walk without more severe pain.
Sucks. |

I don't guess I have to tell you to go to the doctor and deal with this ASAP. Good luck. |
Update.
My toe no longer hurts. Thank you. |
Samsies.

I’ve been going through a gout attack since the 22nd, today is the first day off crutches. I’m able to limp around. Sorry for my gross feet pic, but feel free to sell on OnlyFans.

You got to be careful what you stick those things into!

What caused it? My knee or ankle sometimes hurts when I drink but it’s gone within 24 hours. I’ll limp around a bit though. |

Just get some blood work done and see if your uric acid is high. I’m pretty sure take a lot of protein and consume a lot of protein, so it’s very possible you’re getting mild attacks. |

That left heel looks swollen as hell too.

I can't tell which foot is more ****ed up looking. It's like looking at a couple of potato's. One looks like a German Butterball potato and the other like a Japanese Sweet.
