I love seeing Mahomes just be “one of the guys”. He just has this vibe where you have to believe his teammates love him. No just respect him, but genuinely like him.

A lot of the great QBs don’t have that same vibe. Aaron Rodgers is one that definitely comes off that way.

It'll be interesting to see if he can keep that vibe as time goes on. It's easy when he's just a kid, but once he's a decade older than most of his teammates, I hope he can still be a guy having fun with his friends.

He might have similar talent to prime Rodgers, but the two guys are very different in terms of personality and leadership. Patrick has far more of that positive mojo vibe that you want in your franchise QB. Rodgers is an extremely talented QB that puts off a vibe like he believes he should be doing something other than playing football. Arrogant and disinterested.

It cracks me up how present Gehrig Dieter is in all of our team candid shots given his relative invisibility as a member of the team.

It really is pretty funny. He's like a fan/groupie who gets to also kinda be on the team.

There needs to be a permanent exception from the suit/tie dress code rule for Andy.

He's like Costanza when he got fired but still hung around for months and no one realized it.

I met Rudd at the Lava Room in Westport about 15 years ago. Totally normal guy - super nice. He was semi-famous at that point but not the mega-star he is now.

After I asked why he looked familiar, and he said he was in movies and TV, I asked what he was in. He rattled off 200 Cigarettes and some other indy shit he was probably proud of. I was like no... wait... you were Rachel's boyfriend on Friends! Which is like the classic deflating moment for an aspiring movie star who wants to be a serious actor or w/e.

But he was totally cool about it and very fun for the time my friends and his friends were hanging out in the same little area. He seems like a very down-to-earth Kansas City-type guy. Like he clearly would rather be at the AFCCG than the SAG actor awards. I don't blame Brad Pitt though. He grew up in Springfield - he's a fan but he doesn't have KC in his blood. Sort of like how I'll root for KU but I don't get heartbroken when they lose.

Since the shirts are in honor of Andy, I'll submit this here.
