What is your car/truck (combined) MPG
With the price of gas going sky high I was wondering what everyones car/truck (combined) MPG was.
You can find it at this web site. http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/findacar.htm My Ford Thunderbird sucks at 19 MPG |
My Taurus checks in at 19 city and 28 highway, and 8.2 tons of CO per year.
My BMW checks in at 19 city and 26 highway, and 8.6 tons of CO per year. Where do you see combined numbers? |
19 city and 24 highway.
|
When you find you car it should tell you City, Highway, and Combined.
|
My accord is rated at 24/34. I average 28.
|
48 mpg combined
Toyota Prius I smile at every SUV at the gas station every time I fill up - which is about once a month. |

Price of fuel just took a jump here over the weekend, and again today.
I’m paying $1.17 @ L for mid grade That’s $4.45 a US gallon. And you guy’s are bitching about gas prices? Puuuleasseeee  Oh BTW I get around 21-24 with the Cavalier. The company truck I let the guy’s use gets about 4 gallons to the mile somedays. :banghead: |

My Silverado gets about 18 (this site says 16)
|
Our 01 XTerra gets 16/19 - we like it but it looks like the wife is going to become a mini-van driving soccermom. Anybody in the market for a used XTerra drop me a note.
It didn't have any info on my big diesel. I get about 15 and 17 with that so long as I drive like an old woman. When I drive it like it's a sports car, I get more like 11 and 13. I drive like an old woman these days. |
My Acura CL gets 19/28 but I usually average around 24 driving around the city.
|
My wife's 2003 Impala is 19/29. Sounds about right. City driving is actually closer to 24 I'd say.
My 2003 Silverado 2500HD 4WD is not listed but it averages around 12.5. I'm lucky to get 9 mpg when it's pulling our camper. |
