How often do you brush your teeth?
 

Had a discussion with someone and was surprised by their answer. I'm curious what the average is here on CP.

2x a day, when i get up and after dinner (usually).

I don't hardly floss unless I get something in my teeth I can't get out.

Not the best of habits according to my dentist. But he's an ass and what does he care, he's rollin' in bank and could give a damn.

3+ times a day not that anyone could tell. This disease is making them crumble

3 times a day mostly.

At least twice a day.

When I wake up and before I go to sleep EVERYDAY

Should've been a public poll, I want to make sure I keep my distance from the "less than once a week or never" crowd.

Yep. 100% of the time. A couple Sundays ago I loafed around and didn't get it done in the morning and I felt like garbage all day. I was disgusting.

Every night before I go to bed. Along with a minute of swishing around Listerine Complete Cinnamint.

I aim for twice a day but honestly I'm lucky to hit that twice a week.

Mostly once a day here...
