All I can think of when I think of Reid is his doofy face every time he mismanages the clock at the end of a game.

I get that he's been around the block, and he had 11 winning seasons in 14, and made the NFC championship game every year, but something about him rubs me the wrong way.

I guess I'd still take him, especially if it means Pioli is fired as a result.

Andy Reid - 39th all time in winning percentage, 23rd all time in total wins!

Romeo Crennel - 142nd in total wins, 148th in wins (out of 159 coaches).

IDENTICAL!!!!

Hoping for the best as I like Reid but I think of him as a fairer skinned Romeo. Not sure we need that in KC right now. Something between players coach and Todd Haley would be most welcomed. A coach with NFL experience is also a must.

herp derp

According to Mortenson, Pioli WAS in Atlanta yesterday participating in the interview with Koetter. Does not have any confirmation that Pioli is part of the Reid interview, though.

He is suggesting that Pioli was part of the Koetter interview because he would have been a 1st-time head coach and that relationship would have required more input from Pioli. If it's Andy Reid, Pioli will likely be gone.

Yes, but in order to mismanage the clock you must first be in the game at the end.

That's definitely a step in the right direction.

Ignore the 130 ****ing wins!

Good grief, I was talking about his demeanor. We need someone between the nutcase that was Todd Haley and the cuddly panda that is Reid/Crennel.

Stand Up Andy didn't stalk the sideline or throw his cap. He never much screamed. He never ripped off his headphones. He was always a stoic bear of a man, hiding behind an enormous mustache. Philadelphia never appeared to appreciate that. It seemed to long for a man who showed passion. You almost get the sense the fans would have loved Mike Ditka or Jerry Glanville or some other recycled side show from a long lost time rather than endure another Reid news conference that failed to deliver one sound bite upon which to munch.

it's crazy that pioli has options with clark still...

imagine how much failure it would take for Clark to fire him outright

Mort just said Reid wouldn't want Pioli around
