Although I was looking forward to watching this on Thursday, the best case scenario is probably game moves to Sunday.

I'm always a little confused after these reports come out. I'm assuming all player and staff get tested before the game, so these multiple positive COVID tests mean that the Ravens players contracted it Sunday night (assuming all tests are accurate)?

Move it to Sunday.

It's simple.

Redbled 11-23-2020 12:22 PM

Was really looking forward to a meaningful game Thanksgiving night if they move it.

I wonder what sort of punishment a team deals out for getting close contact for stupid reasons. Putting the team at any unnecessary risk will not play out well

If you're the Titans, no punishment at all.

If you're the Raiders, well... that wasn't really punishment either.

I was wondering if say a player had a close contact at a frat party. Would the team set him a game

Sassy Squatch 11-23-2020 01:07 PM

They won't move the game.

Yeah, right now the NFL's plan is to barrel through the rest of the season and hope nobody dies. Fingers crossed!!!!!

Whenever they play, go Ravens!

Bugeater 11-23-2020 01:19 PM

While I have 0 confidence in the Ravens winning a meaningful game, it sure would be nice to have a game to watch Thursday night.

We NEED the Ravens to beat the Steelers! Its one of the only competitive games the Steelers have left.

Has a player come close to dying yet?

They don't get tested day of game so their last test is Saturday morning. And when you factor in the possible delay from exposure to positive test its much more likely they were exposed the previous week.
