Brady handing off to Mahomes, the next lord of the AFC
Could it be more obvious? Brady walked across the field to greet and show respect to our Mahomes after the game at Foxboro this year.
The Patriots showed gator arm Philip Rivers and the bolts the door today. Retire Rivers! Now! discuss |

Brady ain't handing off shit to Mahomes.
Mahomes is going to forcibly take the torch from Brady, then kick him Kareem Hunt-style. |

Just for kicks though, do you remember the respect that Brady showed to 15 after the game? Don't recall him doing that with anyone else. We have the new King. |
First time they met was on a Monday night and the first half Patrick had butterflies or was just too hyped for the game but second half came out cool and collect. That was the difference in the game had he been cool and collect in the first half we would have won by double digits. Bring on the Patriots @ Mahomes of the Chiefs
|
That is how this game will be billed. Do the Patriots hold on to the keys of the AFC or does the heir apparent throw down the old Empire and establish the new reign.
The King is dead, long live the King! |

If they win, the Chiefs would be the first non-Patriots/Steelers/Ravens/Broncos AFC franchise in the Super Bowl since the 2002-2003 season.
Another bullshit streak for Patrick Mahomes to snap. |
The curse has been vanquished - bring on the dynasty.

One retired. The other staked. Time to shitcan the last one. |
There are a lot of young up coming quarterbacks that got drafted last couple years.
The old guard is out in with the new Youts will take over the league |

For KC, this is beautiful as another element to a near-perfect year. New England: Another Chiefs and AFC demon to exorcise. (Especially since we lost to them once this year.) |
Don't take anything for granted in a one game sample with a ball that isn't round.

The changing of the guard is well underway
It's a new day in the NFL, and Mahomes is its shining son |
