the 2016 Chiefs started 2-2 and finished 10-2.

The 15 chiefs started 1-5 and finished on a 10 game win streak.

But, yeah, they've always started fast and faded.

There can't be everyone on the table slobbering over the players cock, especially a young player. You turn into GMFB at that point, without Kay Adams and with Jenna or Molly which is even worse.

Case in point, Stephen A was the designated Mahomes 'hater' and Kellerman worshiped him. Now they basically switched roles because Stephen A has finally seen the light and Kellerman was forced to be the 'voice of reason'.

It's entirely possible Mahomes has more than that this year. He's on pace for 48.

Those who actually understand the complexity and the skill required to make those downfield throws or accurate passes, in and out of pocket, appreciate Mahomes more.

Box score analysts and talking heads often lack that perspective. That's why a lot of them compare Mahomes to noodle arm Deshaun Watson or Dak Prescott even now.

Cowherd is, somehow, worse than Patrick. His monologues are excruciating.

I'll be honest, I like Rome. He's not for everyone, but he's well-informed and is fair.

I enjoyed it a lot more before the switch to NBC. I haven't watched lately. There for a while it seemed like they were more interested in selling t-shirts.
