Pretty much what the title says....

KC has played a decent schedule so far...

25th overall defense...

Pass defense is a lot better. Run defense is so bad however we ain’t last. Jaguars allow more yards per carry than we do!!

I’d be surprised if Houston attempts 1 pass until we can prove we can stop the run.

This. I picked up Duke Johnson in my fantasies because Chiefs run defense.

I picked up Hyde and flexed him for same reason. :(

I would rather be good at pass defense and bad at rush defense if I had to pick, especially if you have a good offense. But our run defense is historically bad, so that is concerning.

Not exactly going to be a high scoring affair if they run the ball almost every down on long time eating drives

And people still talk about trading for Ramsey to fix the defense

yes I know he's injured but if anybody wants him to fix a defense it's Jacksonville

If it were possible to go back in time and substitute Anthony Hitchens in for Mike Singletary, the '85 Bears would've had a terrible run D. That's how bad Hitchens is. If a RB gets through our D-line there's ZERO support from the MLB. Niemann is too slow, too small, and simply not that talented, but he's still light years better in run support than Hitchens. Hell, Dirty Dan - when a team runs against us in the Dime pkg - is better at run support than Hitchens.

Hitchens should be cut. Addition by subtraction. He's TERRIBLE.

Teams don't need to pass when they can run at will.

I agree with you but Veach just restructured his contract so Hitchens isn’t going anywhere. I’d put Ragland in. He may be a liability vs the pass but he’s decent vs the run
