Weighed today I'm 285.

Out me on the list. Just got some phentermine from the doctor today. Tweaking like crazy.

I love how this is staying alive as an annual tradition.

Count me in. 228 Lbs. Goal weight 215.

I have been going to the gym 3 days a week and just started gaining weight a bit but toning up. It's really to get my shoulder strength back up to normal after my bike crash 10 months ago.

Yeah, it's pretty intense stuff. You'll drop weight if you know what you're doing. It's a huge help. Just don't stay on them too long, not that good for you. Speeds up your heart rate. Drop the weight you're wanting to lose then get off them. Keep it off without the pills

OP is updated...I'll have a spreadsheet up at some point with everyone's starting weight and I'll ask for your new weight on Feb 1st (and the 1st of each month) so we can keep track.

I was on it years ago. It doesn't necessarily make you stop eating. I worked in production. When I was on it, I felt like I could make my quota plus two others. I could feel my hair grow. I got too used to that feeling. I had to go to the doctor monthly to have my blood pressure checked before he'd give a script for the following month. I eventually decided to have him wean me off of it. Yes, I lost weight, but I didn't like feeling like I was becoming addicted. Plus, I felt like I was cheating.

It worked like meth...lol. I don't want to turn anyone off from it. It's just important that you know the risk factors. There's a reason why it's mot prescribed much anymore. I lost a ton of weight. But I didn't make the other necessary lifestyle changes to keep it off. In the long run, that's what it's really all about.
