I think Mahomes' floor is Geno Smith. Anybody have a good comparison for what his ceiling is?

I believe that was Kizer.

Less knowledgeable Matt Stafford. Stafford had bad footwork with a rifle of an arm.

He had pro style experience which makes him far more knowledgable than Mahommes.

I'd say he's somewhere between Stafford and Favre as a ceiling. And, to be honest, I'm okay with that. Kid is going to make plays but he's going to give some up. Put him with a solid supporting cast, which he'd primarily have, and he could be extremely successful.
