I've seen it twice and I'd recommend doing so. |
One of my friends deals in the sale of authentic movie props and costumes, and recently scored several of the prop guns used in this movie. They're not the ones that actually fire blanks, but the dummy props used in non-shooting scenes. He got the Glock, the Browning Hi Power, the sawed off double barrel shotgun, the flare gun, and the big revolver used by Immortan Joe.
I've only seen pictures so far, but hopefully in the next week or so I'll get to see them in person and take some of my own pictures. |
2 years later enough time to consider if this was the best action ever made?

It was excellent, but Road Warrior remains the better movie
BTW, is anybody else having trouble posting on this thread? I can only use the quick reply box at the bottom - when I try to use the quote or post reply tabs, I get a nearly black screen with the "post attachment" box in the top left hand corner. Very strange. |

Hugh Keays-Byrne has passed. RIP

Hugh Keays-Byrne, an unsung hero of Aussie cinema, has passed away at age 73. I'm continually floored that he played Toecutter, the central antagonist of 1979's MAD MAX *and* Immortan Joe, the central antagonist 2015's MAD MAX: FURY ROAD.
