Add a quart of automatic transmission fluid to the fuel tank and then fill it up with diesel fuel.
Your injection pump is having lubricity problems.
Then start adding Cetane to your fuel

I was gonna buy a TDI until I realized it puts out 6 times as much pollution as gas. 6X!
