Do you believe in ghosts?
 

BLUF: I'm either hallucinating or being haunted.

This year has been tough academically. 23.5 credit hours on top of athletic and musical activities doesn't leave a ton of free time. In a few hours, I'll have two tests, a lab, and a problem set due. Nights like tonight mean lots of 5 Hour Energy, lots of frustration, and no sleep. Each time I stay up through the night and sit in the hallway to do work, I hear voices down the hall, but there's never anyone there. I can't believe that I'm anywhere near exhausted enough to be imagining voices.. Before this building housed cadets, it was a hospital with a morgue and crematory in the basement.

So, what do you think? Am I going crazy, or am I walking among the restless souls?

yeah i do! If i think something is suspect. I just mind my own business and try to ignore it! lol

This is solid advice.

Not necessarily empty.. It's just that everybody is asleep by 2:00 or so. I would just work in my room, but I don't like to have the lights on when my roommate is trying to sleep.

I do not believe in the evil spirit ghosts.

Once in a while I believe in the 'someone watching us' to help us spirit. Like when I had a green light, hesitated for some reason and a guy blew through the red light. I would have been killed.
Why did I stop/hesitate? I have no idea. I did not look that way to see him. Someone was watching over me and it was just not my time.

You aren't hearing things. There's someone jacking around out there.

Yes. Ghosts exist.

You need to cut back on your schedule and get more rest. You are not hearing ghosts, you are having mild hallucinations.

More of a guardian angel kind of thing? Interesting. I'm not saying I carry a rosary and holy water around, but years of horror movies plus late nights makes for one paranoid guy.
