Seems to be moving forward, but there's still too many scenes with Michelle Forbes in tears. It's gotten to the point where I don't care about the family anymore.

And the somali girl was telegraphed way too much (I caught the last two eps this morning).

Still, decent show, and it seems to be going somewhere, which with 2 eps left, probably isn't entirely a red herring.

Is that 2 episodes for the series or just this season?

So who did Rosie meet at the Casino? Richmond?

They haven't renewed it yet, but people seem to think they will.

That doesn't make sense. Are they going to solve the murder? Will there be another murder? I assume the last episodes are already filmed.

I don't have an answer. This is the best information I've been able to find: http://www.tvline.com/2011/05/amc-re...eason-mystery/

Interesting....yea, ill bet they are wrestling with what direction to take the show. As for ths year, im sure that they will do a full reveal and complete this story arc. The show reminds me a ton of 24 except not as much action. The cliffhangers that end each hour....the red herring storylines that drag on for weeks that dont amount to much....the constant left turns.....the each day format instead of hourly......etc..

If the Danish version it's based on is any indication, the killer will be revealed in the finale and then season two (if it exists) will be about an entirely new case.

Yeah, this really needs to be wrapped up in one season.

rocknrolla 06-06-2011 05:46 PM

I want the hour of last nights episode back.next. If next week wasn't the last show, I would be done. They should have just made the season one episode shorter. I won't watch it if it's picked up next year.

keg in kc 06-06-2011 11:03 PM

That was a strange episode. It was like an aside from the main story.

rocknrolla 06-07-2011 12:02 AM

It wouldn't bother me, but it being the second to last episode. It just completely sucked all of the suspense out of the whole series. I'm thinking now it has to with her son.

Brock 06-07-2011 10:46 AM

Well, that was disappointing.

"Timefiller" episode. 24 was notorious for this...but to be fair, most series have at least 1 or 2 a season.

Brock 06-07-2011 10:59 AM

Seems like they've been all over the map with this thing. I've pretty much lost interest and that's a shame.
