I cant find a clip but right before this head butt Mahomes walks by Crosby and gives him an elbow to the back (showed on Good Morning Football)

I don't think Crosby was saying anything bad. I think he and Mahomes are both great competitors and were just enjoying a close game. It looked like he was smiling as he approached Mahomes.
