I'm not endorsing the play of this team for the last three years. I'm not endorsing Matt Cassel. My point it that a complete overhaul sets us back instead of moving us forward.

You can't go lower when your ass is firmly planed on the basement floor.

Sticking with Pioli a few more years is going to bury this franchise.

Look at the postseason following 2008. It takes time to get a GM in place, then hire a coach, etc.

The banner just strengthened Clark's resolve. The plan backfired.

Unless of course you are Atlanta.

Making this circular, faulty argument again? The Falcons did just fine.

KcMizzou 10-09-2012 08:31 PM

Those players don't vanish if we change GM's. And the majority of our solid players came from the GM before Pioli anyway.

ChiefsCountry 10-09-2012 08:31 PM

The only way I want Pioli around is if Brady Quinn can somehow lead this team deep into the playoffs.

Hammock Parties 10-09-2012 08:32 PM

The grace period was over after LAST SEASON.

He was expected to produce a playoff team this year.

Ultra ****ing fail.

You're better than this.

Because after this season I might just lose his ass, especially if we are without a GM, HC, and QB. I'll take extra draft picks that allow me to move up and get Geno regardless of where our pick is. If we don't need to move, great. Then we can use that pick(s) to fill other holes.

For the thousandth time, ATLANTA did it. But hey, it's impossible, right?

I wish we'd could get a second round pick for Bowe right now. Would be preferable to when Pioli lets him walk.

I disagree. I feel we have a talented team. What's handcuffing this team is Pioli's man crush on Cassel.

I think if Clark comes in and says he's gone, we'll see something entirely different.

Herm won in KC for one season.

Just like Belichick in Cleveland.

He's a huge ****ing fraud.

It's impossible to draft a serviceable quarterback over the space of four years, that's why no teams have them.

Hoover 10-09-2012 08:35 PM

I'm calling it a night. It's been fun.

I guess I'm captain of the Pioli fan club or something....
