Atlantis Found?
Interesting video, and apparently there are several more on the topic.

Finally. Thank God.
I've been waiting for this my entire life, man. Booking my tickets. Just Bigfeets and the Nessie left on the list. Rock on alternative archaeologists! FAX |
I didn’t watch the video but one problem with the west coast of Africa is the lack of artifacts, though it does sound like a pretty reasonable option.

Is there mermaids

They must have found it because it's in the new Aquaman movie.

That Bright Insight channel might be half bullshit, but it does have a lot of material on some truly interesting and puzzling things about overlooked human history.
I only say about 1/3 of this Atlantis video, but whether or not it's Atlantis, this is an odd and immense geopgraphical feature. To dismiss is as natural almost defies logic. But the fact that we don't have a story regarding its creation is almost equally stupifying. He's also done some interesting work documenting and hypothesizing on some truly immense stonework around the world that we really don't have a solid handle of how they were created. |
Plato made Atlantis up for his moral parable.

With apologies to Donovan Leach..... :lmao: |
That's good news, still waiting for my wife to find my penis. Must have gotten buried in my underwear.

But who knows? Sure would be cool if this was the real deal. Could just as easily be bullshit, though. Never heard about it prior to this popping up on my Youtube feed this evening. |

There are probably a lot of coastal cities from antiquity that are under water due to the fact that sea level rose (Britain was part of mainland europe at one point) dramatically over the course of human existence.
I'm sure there are cities on a lot of under water former coasts, but I really doubt Plato was writing about West Africa. I mean, for REALLY obvious reasons. |
