I'll put one of these up every day or two as we go along. So vote! Possible Concerns and Responses:

Hopefully Bond can accomplish what Indy couldn’t.
Both are better franchises than the MCU. |
Bond vs Star wars in the finale
|
Come on LOTR!!! Bond is going to win the whole thing.

I hated to vote that way, but as a Franchise LOTR is arguably better than Star Wars. IV and V are great movies, but I-III and VIII are trash. III and VII are OK. All three of the LOTR movies are good.

Exactly the same here. |

Star Wars and Bond. The finals should have been Rocky vs. Godfather.
|
Will be a blockbuster final no matter these outcomes.
|
Voting for Bond out of respect for Indy.

If the voting didn't end so early on Friday, I would say the MCU might've wrapped this game up this weekend, after Endgame.
That to me is the greatest franchise. Easily. Bond is all stand-alone. What Marvel has done, whether you like comics or not, is unprescedented. Star Wars OT, LotR, or Godfather compete for best trilogy. They're all two great movies and one less great. Indy is one great film, one bad film, and one okay film, so it's a bit down the list. |
James Bond and Star Wars.
James Bond is iconic. No matter who has portrayed him, they ooze class and charm. I enjoy the Marvel Universe movies, but they've gotten so full of needless one-liners and over-the-top action. I grew up on Star Wars The scores from IV-VI are awsome. I didn't really care all that much for LOTR. They were good, but they just seemed so long and drawn out. |
