That would be wise usage of resources to bring Lilja back, if he is interested in returning.

He can give you quality starts at left guard.

Since he played one completely underwhelming game at RT, no.

He sucked last year and let's not sugar coat it.

The real question is will Reid teach him not to **** up a snap?

It was Cassells fault.

BigMeatballDave 04-06-2013 03:46 PM

I don't give 2 shits about Lilja, but this fumble is clearly on Cassel.

And Fouts is a moron.

The "Reid will fix everything" mantra is getting old.

Coaches can't fix shitty players.

Bowser 04-06-2013 03:49 PM

Yeah, Cassel ****ed that up. Isn't that the play that he audibled to the QB sneak?

Ugh. It doesn't even matter. Have fun with him, Vikings.

I'd really like some more info on Hudson's leg.

Hudson broke his leg. It didn't require surgery. He was on crutches for about a month and then in a boot for another one/two months.

He should be ready to go full force when training camp opens.

Cool. Thanks for the info.

I almost pitched my remote into the TV. Amazing how ***** kept trotting his sorry ass out there. I'd rather of sucked with stanzi than Cassel. And I'm in no way a stanzi fan.

I don't get why everyone seems to think Schwartz will play guard. I get that he says he's more comfortable there, but he's played RT before pretty well, and that's where we need the most help. Basically this is how I see each o-line starter shaking out, from more likely to less likely (not a depth chart):

LT: draft pick, Albert
LG: Allen, Lilja
C: Hudson, Lilja
RG: Asamoah
RT: Schwartz, Allen, draft pick, Stephenson

Slight adjustment because I can

It is a rumor no more.

Teicher now reports that the Chiefs have approached Lilja.
