The 1994 Browns beat TWO winning teams all year on the way to 11-5.

The rest of that regime was a losing effort.

These guys were, are and always will be FRAUDS without Tom Brady.

IDK. Bill is a special coach in his own right. To me he's one of the best that's ever done it. Tom might be the common denominator, but Bill isn't a fraud.
