If you've had it less than a year, then you have some options. First, I'd completely back up all your data, and restore it to factory, and copy data back. If that doesn't fix it, then take it back to the Apple store and tell them what's up. Cause that's not normal. If it's less than a year old, it's still covered.
How are you charging it?
Have you completely reset it to see if that helps? You can hold the power button down for 15 seconds, which will let you power it off. You might have an app that's going crazy. |
