Did our fans taunt Alabama, or congratulate them?

I would think Duke and Wake have more money than they could ever spend. Seems strange they would be so concerned over this.

Its a cultural thing. Some of those snooty private schools with huge tuitions don't like the thought of giving football players a free ride. They'll have to get over that.

The NCAA President Mark Emmert is basically on board with the Big 5. On August 8th, he is going to meet with the leaders of the NCAA to begin discussions on a drastically different way to govern D1, and something will probably be done in January.

At Mizzou it always just sucks.

Wow, not sure how I missed that one. KU Football: It's a pile of crap.

Kind of a fun read from Big 12 media days. They polled the players in attendance about a bunch of football(ish) things. Interesting how college kids look at things.

Top 7 teams in the SEC went 30-0 against their bottom 7 teams last year.

They were also undefeated against the top 10 ten teams in the Big 12.

Saul Good 07-26-2013 11:41 AM

Hell, they were undefeated against the entire country during the regular season.

Sure would be great if someone around here was a fan of one of those top 7 teams.

kU's football coach says kU football is just a bunch of shit. Just another reason why kU is better than Mizzou.

Not a reason. But there are plenty of others.

Dude the bottom feeders love their masters. The SEC is a collegial environment not selfish like the Big 12. Everyone in the SEC felt like a champ when Alabama won it all, that's why they got standing O's from opposing fans.

Well, KU is a bottom feeder, and they certainly love their Texas and OU overlords.

MU has their worst season in over a decade, wins five games in what is by the far toughest conference in CFB, and is named a bottom feeder by kU fans.

kU has won six games the last three seasons, their own coach thinks they are shit, and this is a good thing according to some kU fans.

Don't forget about giving other teams standing ovations. That's important too.
