The Chiefs rarely sign big named FA's. I mean Sammy Watkins was probably their biggest FA signing since....? Trying to remember off top of my head, but the last time they made a trade for one was....maybe Patrick Surtain? I'm not counting Alex Smith as a top tier FA because heading into 2013 he was a very "meh" QB in a shitty FA QB market. Ended up working out ok...i guess :/

I dont think Chiefs will sign anyone in that upper tier market. They're Goodwill FA shoppers.

Schwartz was a very good signing, but you rarely see RT's considered as "blockbuster" signings, if that makes sense.
